  • If your printer does not pick up or feed paper during a print job and you are receiving a “Load Paper” or “Out of Paper” message, or the Attention and Document lights are blinking, the printer might be experiencing paper feed issues. This video will explain how to troubleshoot these issues in the HP Smart Tank 210, 520, 540, 580-590, or 5100 Printer Series.

    I hv installed HP smart tank 589 printer.. whenever i am trying to take a printout i am unable to select paper size to A4.. it is not showing A4 size option.. option available are letter, legal etc.. plz help

    Hi. I just bought a new 580 printer, it will print on regular 70gsm paper, but cannot pick up my sticker photopaper. I heard like noises from the rollers like it is trying to pick up the paper, and some loud noises and causing dent to my sticker paper. Then it will have the E4 error.

    I canceled a document from printing, then I pulled it through the front of the machine and since then I've been getting jams unable to print at all. Its as if there's something blocking the paper but I cant see anything inside.

    My problem is .. the printer doesn’t release just 1 paper. It’ll try to print with 2-10papers and then jam. Even with me adjusting

    This was completely useless - turn plug off for 4 days, has 'load paper' error - would print scans, but not print out - uninstalled the entire printer, reinstalled, worked again - much faster than all of this faff.
