Mine is to walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes every morning 👟 Even though this is just walking, it’s still a workout for me! Lately, I am having joint pain on my knees and shoulders so I’ve been very lazy for the past few months. Therefore, walking on a treadmill is a pretty good workout for me. Better than nothing ❤
