At the moment I off work with severe anxiety. It's affected my health and life overall. I would love to get well next year and be able to be more like myself rather than gripped in a hold of fear ❤
daily devotion is a number one for me I have dropped the ball on this now for a good 2 years so there are so many things I want to incorporate to a morning/daily/ night routine
I did manage to get this habit to stick a pinch of salt (Celtic) and a glass of water on rising game changer for me

3 of my goals this year is …1. to grow my couples CZcams channel to 5k subscribers
2. Get a gym membership and commit to the gym (I have a nice body but I want to be more toned and gain more muscle mass)
3. Get more into my influencer/content creator bag, take more high quality pics and videos be more active etc.
(I have more goals but the rest are financial goals and that should be on everyone’s list!!) these three goals are a bit more tailored to me! ❤ thanks for sharing the video with us!

Some of my goals- twice a week drink freesh juice ( beet+apple +celery)
5000 steps more a day. To learn read Arabic. Read 12 books ( last year the goal was 24 books uncompleted 😢)to learn 99 names of Allah. To have a diet-no fried. I named this year for Me-The year of health care 😘and on vacation go to the sea ❤
