The Supreme Court judges need to go out and walk the streets and pay attention to the criminals in the state!

Your idea of how it ought to be uses the 4th amendment as toilet paper. Fortunately, your dumbass opinions don't supercede the 10 laws that are the cornerstone of our entire society.

Requiring reasonable suspicion makes law abiding citizens less likely to have negative interactions with police. If they have a problem with that, too bad. They're not the Gestapo and this philosophy that you're either a cop or a bad guy needs to stop. It is hoped that this will be a step in that direction. One of the rare times the state supreme court does it right.

Those socialist Supreme Court Justices should go get an In-n-Out burger in Oakland, to see how their Soft-on-Crime Policies are playing out.

The police go where the crime is and the crime is in those communities. So how is that over policing. Just because you say it doesn't make it so. Some of us are not as stupid and ignorant as you would like for us to be so as to believe anything that comes from the most overturned courts in the land. Hard to believe anybody would work in that profession in a Democrat run city or state where the criminals are in charge.

This is not a bad ruling, we need good law enforcement that respect the rights of citizens, not road pirates and petty tyrants with fragile egos who are ignorant of the laws they enforce.

Really, the general public’s belligerent and disrespect(like your comments)towards the police is close to 90% of the problem. That and people breaking the law. But, No let’s blame the law enforcement completely instead. Dangerous game CA is playing with their pro criminal mentality.
