When you add condanc milk it is going to be silly sweet so I would recommend not add condense milk just is3 only milk and rose water would be fine. Coz I tried that cake it become very sweet

Yes you can, but Roh Afzah does have a different taste to the one I used.

No because its not just milk mixture it has other things in it to give it thicker consistency. Try it, trust me you’ll love it ❤️❤️
