Try out my super easy Prawns & Fish Tikka Curry recipe, I know you’ll love to make! ☺️💁♀️
Ingredients 👇
5 cod fillets 🐟
325g Raw jumbo king prawns 🍤
4 tbsp oil
300g frozen diced onions
400g tinned plum tomatoes
2 tbsp garlic cubes
1 tsp chilli flakes
80g tikka curry paste
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp lemon juice
2 Naans
Method 👇
In your preheated pot, pour in the oil. Add in your Farmfoods frozen diced onions, these are so convenient.... no tears over here! Then fry until golden.
Blitz tinned tomatoes, add to the pot, along with garlic, chilli flakes to add some kick, tikka paste and a lil salt, and it's already smelling soo good!
Give it a mix, place the cod fillets and the prawns in the pot, cover and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes, until little moisture is left.
Add a little lemon 🍋 juice and serve with naan. Enjoy! 😋

The milk bit was difficult it didn’t look like yours mine was coming together
You could simply add all purpose flour to the veges and chicken while frying them and add chicken stock and some cream while stirring it consistently. This way no lumps are formed and the texture comes out creamier

Chicken Enchiladas Serves: 5 people - INGREDIENTS ENCHILADA SAUCE 500g tomato passata 3/4 cup water 1tbsp garlic granules 1tsp cumin 1tsp onion salt 1tsp oregano 1tsp salt 1/2tsp smoked paprika CHICKEN dash of sunflower oil 600g chicken fillet cut into strips 1tbsp ginger garlic paste 1tbsp salt 1tbsp black pepper 1 packet fajita seasoning chilli flakes, depends on how spicy 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed any grated cheese, preferably mozzarella tortilla wraps GARNISH grated cheese chopped coriander SERVE WITH salsa sour cream topping - METHOD preheat the oven at 160°C (fan); firstly add the enchilada sauce ingredients into a bowl and mix, leaving to one side add a splash of oil into a pan on medium-low heat and add the chicken when it begins to sizzle, adding all the chicken ingredients besides the black beans mix and cover the pan, leaving the chicken on low heat rinse and drain the black beans, adding to the chicken pan; mix and cover the pan to allow the water of the chicken to evaporate grease a dish and spread some enchilada sauce on the bottom to ensure the enchiladas don't stick to the dish heat a tortilla wrap on low for about 10 seconds each side to ensure it doesn't crack while assembling and rolling spread the enchilada sauce on the tortilla and add the chicken/bean mixture in a line along the centre, then sprinkling with cheese, finally rolling the wrap tightly place the wrap in the dish with the flap faced down so it stays wrapped tight and doesn't open repeat from step 6 with the rest of the tortillas until the dish is filled pour the rest of the passata sauce on top of the wraps, then sprinkle with cheese place in the oven for about 20-25 mins, until the edge of the tortillas begin to go gold when done, garnish with coriander, and serve with any dip, including salsa or sour cream, and serve immediately while hot

In a large pot of boiling water, add in the salt, whole spices and rice and par- boil the rice until 80% cooked and drain in colander and leave aside To the meat, pour in oil, add yogurt, ginger and garlic paste and kashmiri chilli. Mix and leave to marinate for 2 hours or overnight. In a pot pour in oil, add in whole spices and add the marinated meat. Water from the meat will start to release at this point cut the tomatoes in small pieces and stir in . Cook for 15 minutes until the tomatoes have dissolved. Add 1 cup of water if no liquid remains in the pot and pressure cook until meat is tender, for 4-5 whistles. Remove the lid carefully and crush in the the fried onions, leaving some for garnish. Add in a handful of fresh coriander and mint. Scatter the bottom of pot with half of the rice, and top with the meat masala. Mix 2 tbsp Shan Achar Gosht with 2 tbsp lemon juice, make a paste and slit a few bullet chillies and fill and place the chillies on top. Scatter over the remaining rice. Heat the saffron in a small frying pan on low heat until lightly crisp. Mix in the water and pour over the rice and sprinkle over fried onions. Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes, and with the buid up of steam the rice will fully cook through and the biryani will be ready to serve with Sweet lassi, salad, and pickles. Enjoy!
