I have a different way to cut the mango that waste less mango: First, use a peeler to remove the skin Then, cut into big piece to remove the seed Finally, the big piece into the shape u want Now you can either use your hand or a fork to enjoy the mango 😁😁😁

Not nearly in the same amounts so not as dangerous as poison ivy but best not to tell people it's safe to eat. Different people have different levels of reaction to it. Some are very resistant(not immune) to it so while you may be able to eat it. Others may not be able to in fact it can be dangerous. Especially as it's not a commonly know fac it contains poison and people generally peel it anyway. If they read this and are really sensitive to urushiol they can have a bad couple of weeks.

My mom has a way where you use a cut-proof rubber glove and you use a knife to first peel it then cut strips towards you, kinda like peeling the flesh off the seed. You get a completely clean seed with no leftover, but you're left with strips of mango, perfect for juice/shakes/lassi tho

You don't need to cut off the stem. You can use the stem as an indicator of where the seed is, and then slice just a little bit away from the stem.
