I could eat Papaya salad every day--I just have to ask them to leave off the fish sauce & then convince myself they did as I gobble it down! My local Songkran festivities weren't nearly as fun as yours, but our local Lao New Year weekend celebration in 2 weeks gets c r a z y! I can't wait. Safe travels to & in Pattaya!
