the job i have is very basic yet i needed my diploma. the workplace is aged and rested on toxic tactics and ideology. our staff is essentially treated like servants by management and management is mistreated by corporate and corporate are (brown-nosing a$$lickers to the american dollar) slaves to consumers.
a bigger change needs to happen bc nobody wants to get minimum wage in exchange for the only thing that matters; time. kids see their parents and loved ones work jobs for long hours and small pay and don't want to waste their lives and they're right
