Over the past few years, the "coolness" of having a coworking space was quickly climbing. However, with the recent changes in the world it has shown people and companies that working remote is possible and almost better than having a coworking space.
Ultimately the world is changing and places like Regus and WeWork aren't going to be as successful as they could have been. Granit that is just my opinion, but I think a place like Regus really won't be around in the next couple of years.

An interesting video... I also think that having so many people around would cause me to chat alot and distract me from what I'm working on so you confirmed that! (Unless I had a private room to myself)

Sorry you had a bad experience with Co-Work space. Would you give Venture X a try?
REGUS has terrible costumer experience... they care more about late fees than their costumers.
Regus/IWG didn't pretend to be a tech company like WeWork, though. They said from the beginning that they were real estate leasing.
The answer, imho, co-working will build and build post covid but as hubs away from city centres and not huge organisations like #wework (will fold eventually as their new CEO is useless) and #Regus aka #IWG (finally modernising their old fashioned, boring spaces to rip off wework but universally distrusted for poor customer care).
