Regus is terrible. They automatically renew me before my expiration date. Then they said I need to rent month to month and maybe they will honor it. Then they have issues with the payment when I was trying to pay online. Also they do not have a full staff to work on issues. There is no one in authority you can talk to about an issue just sales person. Document document and save all invoices. I waste so much time with them trying to protect my finances from being ripped off.

With all due respect, there is no way of calling the Helpdesk rather a ticketing system. I am not sure if you are trying to make the review more exciting but that's the wrong information. Also, there is no charge for WiFi and you can opt out of Coffee charges as it is an ADDITIONAL service. :)

I work there, employees don't have any help or anyone who has our back. Our support systems are outsourced to people with a language barrier. Our printer hasn't worked for a month. Half my day is spent in our kitchen, I didn't take the job to be a maid.

I signed a lease for March 14 2020 in New York City. By March 19th 2020 ( 5 days later) the pandemic hit and a worldwide executive order was executed. I never got keys. I never got an office because I didn’t make a payment. A year later, I got a collection call that stated that I had a balance of over $13,000.00 - 😮. How? Yes I signed the lease but I didn’t PAY and I was never appointed to a suite, I never got keys. I have a growing balance with Regus for a suite that I never occupied space for! Ridiculous!

Do not use them!!! Especially dont use Mountlake Terrace Office space. If you need help you are stuck, they will not share their supervisor information. They don't respect agreement and you retainer will not be refunded within 30 days. They don't care about customers just look how to get money from you. If you care about your business and money stay away from these people!!!

I wish I have seen this video before I took the worst decision of my life to rent with REGUS. No company can be worst than REGUS. My story is even worst than yours. DO NOT RENT FROM REGUS. I'm still in a battle with them after my termination.

Regus is about profit only. They’ll charge your account inaccurately and they treat their employees awfully.

Regus sucks. I had a 6 months lease for mail forwarding which after 3 months they stopped charing my card. I called and asked why but "I don't have any idea. You need to log into your account and summit a ticket" But guess what??? My account was blocked for "non payment". I reported it to them and nothing happen. I haven't recived a single piece of mail from them and somehow my 6 month lease of $130 turned into a bill for $2,000 and before I could respond they sent it to collections. They are going to seek legal action. I filed a complaint with the BBB and FTC as well as acticely looking to file a lawsuit againt them. I'm a shocked.

Regus is FUCKING SCAM.

DO NOT use this company period. This is the worst company with regards to communication. I set up with them back before the pandemic. When the pandemic hit and it was time to renew I cancelled the renewal via email because everything was shut down. I had them keep billing me and telling me that I did not follow proper protocol with cancelling. I asked via emails and phone calls that they send me where on the contract it says how to cancel. I did not receive anything and I cancelled within the 30 days. I did not sign anything. And this was all done virtually. I am now being sued for $4000 give or take because they do NOT know what the other departments are doing. They are a very dis organized company and I will have to now hire an attorney to dispute this. This is from 3 years ago. Truth be told I would not even give them a 1 rating.......

Out of pocket for "preventive care" stuff or is that covered? Such as annual physical and vaccinations.

It's refreshing to see someone taking Do to task for what I see as assertions without evidence. He's basically saying people who can't afford to pay, don't deserve a decent logo. Beginning designers HAVE to take lower-paying clients to get the experience.

Regus is a horrible scam. Harming me badly and I’m about to sue them. Do not ever use the scam called “Regus”. I can back up all this with facts. They are con artists. Do not give them your bank info.

Finally someone gives it to you straight! Your price is determined by the market! Just because you think it should cost 10k doesn't mean it's worth 10k to them. The market decides! Good info my friend 👌

To be realistic Michael, most businesses above a lemonade stand that hires 10-12 people can easily handle 15k. I often start with 10k but thats because i dont live in NYC so i can afford to lower my price a little. 15K in 2023 isn't as much as it was when the revered video was made. A lot of the jobs at that level are about rebranding people who charged 1-5k. People who are fresh and passionate but also quite green. People whos work often has to be redone. Who's designs tend to be concepts already done 50 times over.

I finished my one year lease with them, I regret, not a good company to do business with. I would not recommend them.
