This has everything to do with the "Right to Repair" movement, and nothing to do with Air Pollution. The aviation industry is a massive polluter and received Billions in handouts since the pandemic began. Lois Rossman has a channel and shop in NYC and been fighting Apple over specs and parts for Tech. The Farmers who purchased John Deere tractors are upset that they need a technician brought in to service a tractor, etc... This is happening all over, certain players want everything proprietary including cars. Basically if it breaks they want you to buy a new one.

Yup, that is what I have been saying! I think another part is the Volkswagen "clean" diesel drama for several years ago. Where they had a program in the ECU that detected emission test and would recalibrate to pass emissions.

That letter was dated Nov 2020, they already got a 6 month extension..
@@thomaskunz8029 is that the normal time to pay the fine or is that the extended time? I don’t think PFI has given that information. Those 6 months you’re stating could just be the normal window of time.

Its ''naturally'' asperated. not a modification for vehicles with turbos. diesel has compound, dual , single. which are required to run with a turbo or its starving for air and doesnt make shit for power.
