Fly Tying The UV Mosaic Cormorant

A fly that has all the key attributes when it comes to tackling feisty trout on your Stillwater!
The colours used really tick a lot of boxes and the additional Mosaic (gold dust) incorporated into the wing, combined with the Orange JC, works miracles!

Wow. Great 👍 looking pattern. Can u please tell me the description of that mosaic stuff. Would like to get some. Never sewn it before. Where you bought it. Would like to do a few for me sell.

It’s lureflash mosaic tinsel. This stuff is the original, which if you can find someone selling it will cost you anything between £100-£140. I managed to get mine from a friend and so paid £60- worth it for its effectiveness.
Back in the day the factory went up in flames and the dyes were destroyed so it can’t be bought new. There are substitutes online but nothing compares to the original.
