- Customer came in for a fuel system, gauge install and a smaller pulley install. We fixed a oil leak and a few minor things on this beast. Anyone with a 99-04 mustang gt or cobra with a pro charger kit this video is for you. Need to replace your belt and cant get to a shop, look no further.

@@TheShopLLC40 how about a crank pulley swap in the garage without a lift video on this one? Pulled my Vortech and belt off, then noticed the crank pulley was separating in chunks. If no video possible, any tips or suggestions is greatly appreciated!

What is connected to the other pipe from throttle body going into the fender?
Is that belt k061140hd? I bought a used procharger d1sc kit for my 99 cobra & the belt he sent me (w a ford pn) can’t be the right one as it’s almost a foot short. He also told me he took it off his 99 cobra but it included the 01 mounting plate (which I confirmed from this video also). the correct mounting plate I received yesterday & just have to mount the blower & swap injectors tomorrow. Thanks!

But it has a smaller upper pulley not sure your size but that will change the belt
I'm running a K061140HD on my d1sc 99 cobra. It's making 10lbs
can you link the belt? i can't get the new belt in between the small hex bolt pulley on the supercharger thats where im stuck
Have to remove the pulley to get the belt on and off

@@TheShopLLC40 okay i am stuck... so i got the new belt, but now the belt tensioner is laying in front of the supercharger bracket? and it wont push down so that small idler pulley in between the alternator and procharger wont line up and i cant slide that hex bolt in... this is a mess lol
