Our Worst day in INDIA? In this episode we visit India's most famous attraction, The Taj Mahal. But the question always remains, is it worth it?
We are not sure. The Taj Mahal itself is stunning and incredible to see, but what you have to go through just to see it is really questionable.
I dont think we could have left India without visiting The Taj Mahal, but that being said, with Scams, selfie requests, crowds etc it really was our worst day in India so far.

India is diverse, complex and a mixture of many things getting together. As much beauty you can see you'll see an equal amount of things which aren't pleasing. I appreciate that you showed the real side of India. Even Indians from other parts find it difficult when they go to other places in India.

That place with all of the steps that you visited before the Taj is many centuries old. Some are over a thousand years old. It is an old water reservoir. When the monsoons come it fills up. As the year goes by into and through the summer, women would go there and climb down to the water level to fill up big round jars with water for their home use. By the end of the summer the water level would be down low as you see it. The rooms you see at one end inside the fence going down level by level were places where people could go as they were revealed by the water to rest and relax in the coolness during very hot days. :)

Love you guys The most loved country which has done what that world can't even imagine , here foreign policy and diplomacy is top notch in the world many students take classes and my frnds around the world take from well educated diplomates and you cant imagine That India has balanced friendship with Russia and ukraine both , the only country who in talks with both sides because today world is divided in two parts so the safest country with less inflation and the best people on earth lives in This country India you won't believe so Note that !! All you have is money so you are the king and queen in this nation because currency rates are the biggest advantage , so i have started my food business here and its working superb with new customers everyday , most of the population is middle class and upper middle class you must have been noticed right , and after that rich people here and Before PM modi , from Independence there was a very corrupt govt rulling and was very less opposition but the real Democracy and the people of India brought revolution in 2014 by choosing the best and honest leader PM Narendra modi which now almost has government in 18 states out 29 so you can see the popularity according to population . Hello Go Time travel,
First of fall as an Indian say sorry to you that you spent a worst day at Agra. But guys you didn't plan well to visit Taj Mahal. Best time to visit Taj Mahal at early in the morning when sun rises. As sun rises Taj Mahal also change their colour. As you also aware that india have large population cities. You have to pre book your tickets. So, you save time as well as also avoid crowd. India have large as well as less population cities. So, please consider that point also in your journey here in India. By the way i love your vlogs and i didn't missing your even single vlogs. ❤

  • @gauravnandantripathi9554

From the entrance the Taj Mahal actually seems smaller than it’s real size as you guys experienced it. It’s actually because of perspective and it was built in such a way that as you get closer to it the size of the monument grows on you all of a sudden and you find that it’s actually mammoth. There’s a lot of science involved in making it the marvel it is ❤️

You know we often visit Taj Mahal, but never really take notice of all these tourist scammers. Its only when foreign tourists point it out, it becomes apparent that it actually is a bigger problem than anticipated. Its important to point this out to the government and get stricter restrictions imposed so it does not spoil the overall experience of the tourists. Will try and write an email to the officials and hopefully some actions will be taken to address it. Also, love from Dublin. Hopefully you are back by St. Patrick's day in March. I feel my fellow Indians brothers and sisters will enjoy an insight into the parade in Dublin. Cheers to your safe travels. Have a splendid time in India.

I hope you enjoyed my beautiful country as likewise I enjoy yours- lives in Belfast( Technically UK) but had visited Sligo, Donegal, Galway, Dublin. One thing I can bet you for sure that no country in world has diverse climate and terrains like that of India and you have only seen 55 of my country. I would recommend visiting Andaman/Nicobar Islands if you travel to India next time. I am still waiting to explore my India when I get time off from my profession here. Did enjoyed your travel blogs especially Monkey Temple☺

People should also visit humayuns' tomb (it precedes Taj). Its made in red stone.
PS: What people really don't think or understand is entire Delhi and its surrounding areas are full of tombs from the time of Kings to elected political leaders.

As I said before plz consult any of your genuine indian friends before visiting a place unknown to u..india is not same as Ireland.. and about selfies why can't u politely say no to those people..and I think you can hire official tourist guide from government website

I went to Agra to visit the Taj Mahal in 2013 along with my colleagues and our Boss who was from the US. That time as well there were Scammers who were wanting to talk to her(our Boss) in pretext of Scamming her but since she was with us hence Scamming was a fail for them. Sorry you all did not have such a good time!!🙏☘️🌹
