Yayyyyy! Thank you ❤ I have to see someone this weekend who me and my son haven’t seen in over a year and this person brings up a lot of negative triggers for me so much so my whole body goes into a shaking panic fight or flight mode so I need a little hyping up and positive vibes. Thank you!! 🙏

This really got me to nap this morning!
Less meditation, more like a healing trance?! Loved it, regardless.
The soft overlapping voice clips really helped me to slip into a deep sleep quicker than I was even aware of. Part lf this could also be my Narcolepsy, but it felt like it made me feel very comfortable and loved and I had a few images pop up that helped me.
I already feel a huge shift. I needed this, thank you Anna. ❤
