- The trio experiences charcoal-making & boat-building in Kuala Sepetang. When they arrive in Penang, they try a rope course challenge, learn about nutmeg cultivation, making of cooling powder & savour various local delicacies. The dish for the culinary exchange is a special version of Katong Laksa. 前往槟城前，三人在十八丁体验了制炭和造船。在现代和传统交织的槟城，他们体验空中索道，了解豆蔻种植和水粉制作。最重要的是，三人尝遍各具特色的槟城美食。最后，他们以吃法特别的加东叻沙，作为本次的交流美食。

Assam laksa thick bee hoon in Penang, they use "lai fun" different from the rice noodles here. Love the lai fun taste. There's a store at Geylang whereby the chef made his own lai fun and Ipoh style yong tau foo.
