It is a good thing you lined up with marks cuz there is a balance shaft inside the engine
Part 3????
GREAT WORK.. THANKS FOR THE VIDEOS.. 💪🏾👊🏾
To remove rust from tools and chains, I use vinegar and let it soak for 24 hours or more depends on how bad it is. It works great for me.
Should you use gasket marker for the gaskets or this it not matter?
Very great, even with dyi.win win
Banshee moter would do amazing in a blaster
How can I buy this in india from u
did u line up the timing marks incorrectly on the stator or am I crazy? or possibly just view/angle In video?
Hopefully someone can offer some input, but what is the spout coming off the right side crankcase cover? There also looks like an open hole on top of the cover as well. What are those for?
There are a couple ports on my case that aren't machined out, I'd assume they'd have been for vents/breathers on different model years and then the other port has a plug in it, again I assume it's a vent or possibly an inspection port.
cakep bro
I think you put the base gasket of the cylinder on backwards?
Dude I was just about to point that out too 😂
Hey I have the same problem I think do you think a bad seal on the clutch side would cause gas to enter the crank case
I just had same problem trans oil getting into motor, had to replace clutch-side crank seal.
Did you ever get it running ?? No prt.4
3?
Not yet, it's sitting on the shelf waiting to be put into a project.
Always line up the dots if there are dot lining indicators
BlUr_DiAmOnDz yes sir its the counter balancer for the crank it will shake the shit out of ya if it will start
What brand of crank seals did you use? Thanks
Yamaha OEM brand
@@MechannibalGarage65 ok thanks I ordered all balls racing crank seals hopefully they are good!
Love it!!! Please dont run this with transmission oil use 80w maxima
I Use ATF in my Blaster transmission for 13 years. Never a problem :)
@@tomblack4796 what sparkplug goes in yours?
I know this video is old.
But please help me?
Im rebuilding my motor.
But i cant really understand how my crank and conrod gets oil?
I tried to flush my motor but nothings coming out of the drain plug when I insert the fluid to flush.
So my thoughts went that its a squirter only?(Lubing the crank)
@@MechannibalGarage65 Thx....dont know why i didnt think of that.
Is that why the motor has a small pump....not only for the fuel?
Sorry im new to this stuff
Can I use 2 stroke motor oil for the transmission?
@@ethan7657 no thats for mixing gas use something like 80W Bel - Ray Gear Saver Transmission oil
Also how did you get the clutch off did you use the tool or what was your specific way cause I don’t have a clutch holding tool
So I can use just an impact to get the nut off without holding it and then you said pulled too what did you use that for?
Puller tool I meant
And also I’ve been talking to other people about it and they say the only thing a bad seal would cause it an oil leak but I don’t get that cause you already have oil in that case but they say that it’s my carb that cause gas to mix up with the oil already in the crank case
Where did your trans oil leak from? Also i don’t understand how oil will leak from into the crank case when you already put oil in there on the clutch side.
I know my oil don’t leak on the stator side like yours did.
So im currently doing something similar to what you did. I have 2 blaster engines and trying to get one going.. just yesterday I got first start up.. but its smoking white like crazy.. I hear a lot of people say that its a bad crank seal, or a bad case seal between the cases. I lapped the cases and made sure that was fine, but I did not replace any seals other than primary seal.. what I'm trying to understand is that these blasters are not supposed to have trans oil in there(crankshaft). So what lubes that up the crankshaft, piston, and rod? Also gears where shifting good before I put on frame now that I shift while the bike is on they do shift but kinda rough or its hard too,, any idea on that?
Oh and I've seen your video at least a 2 dozen times, so I would never understand why you said there's oil in crankshaft chamber and y that was bad...
It's 2 stroke, meaning either it uses the factory oil injection system or you run premix gas. The oil present in the gas is what lubricates the rotating assembly (piston, rod, & crank.) The transmission is supposed to have something like 10w-30/10w-40 wet clutch specific motor oil (usually branded as motorcycle oil)
Ooo ini mesin untuk kanibal rx king
Keren yak😅
when’s part 3?
Mechannibal Garage ohhhhhh sweet yeah i own a blaster and i love the engines and i just like watching people work on stuff haha🤙🏻
Rumah kopling kaya punya rxz
You really should have changed those crank bearings.
Please do so I need to do one in future.
I know this is an old comment but I was hoping to see a crank bearing replaced aswell. Did you ever find a good video of it
Ok it doesn't use automatic transfluid it uses motor oil in the trans and it is normal for it have it in the crank
Could not be more incorrect than this.
2 stroke Yamaha engines do not use motor oil. ATF type F is what I've been recommended by some people.
so u never replace the crank >??? u did nothing you dont even test it in front of the camera!!!
