Camp ground would be fun. If you got the right property, maybe on a river. Build it out around full timers that travel around. But not a huge campground. And once you get it going, have people come in like you did, that full time travel, but need to make some money here and there. That way you can still take off. You could even make it a simple place without the bells and whistles of meeting halls, lounges, pools, etc. etc. Maybe a couple washer/dryers. Water and power at the sites and a dump station. Travelers have their own toilets and bathing routines. Just need a nice location. Maybe a place with good hiking, etc.

We’ve been to plenty of places like that. They do exist, but they are few and far between.
This place is on a shallow river, but the pools are nice!

Here is a job suggestion. I think you should capitalize on your RV celebrity status. I would think RV dealers would pay you to stop at their dealership for a meet and greet. You could put on a short presentation of where you have been and the sights you have seen. You could also sell your Stonyboot merchandise. If you were to come to my area, I would love to meet you and look at your rig. You could do this during your travels. You probably wouldn't get rich doing this, but it might help on the expenses. Doing this you wouldn't be locked down to one spot.

Holy hotness! It was 90 degrees last weekend here in New York and it was unbearable. Of course the humidity was in the 90’s too. Yuck!
My son has an IT business. He takes care of telephones and computers at some doctors and lawyers offices. He is in Peru right now and everything he needs to do he can do anywhere in the world. The only problem he ran into once was a computer hard drive quit so I had to go to the customers office and switch hard drives. Once I had the computer running he did the rest from Peru. I’m sure you know a lot about computers already so that might be an idea. He doesn’t make a fortune at this business but it’s enough to let him travel.

I have been watching what is happening in the entire world not only with new diseases popping up (I am a Nurse) but with our climate changes, and have been looking for a home base as well. Pay close attention to what is happening here in the US with weather. The South-West is beautiful and amazing but keep in mind the weather changes happening when looking for a home base. The West of the US is running out of water because the lack of rain and the intense heat drying up lakes and reservoirs. And when it rains, it is in the form of flash floods which are wiping out roads, towns and entire neighborhoods. In my research I am finding that the North-East (I know not entirely ideal) has a better potential to not experience the wild fires, lack of water and intense drought. I have been looking from South Carolina - to Maine since it is just for a home-base. I hope this helps a little.

I know you are good with your hands. And a good head for electrical and mechanical stuff. As well, Sasha is great with people and the marketing aspect using FB and IG. I hope it works better than the AC absorption fridge.
I'm thinking I'll leave the intake and outtake fans on the vents for it also. Do you think that would make a difference?
Also: Scott, Have you considered putting Timbrens on the front of your truck? I did it and it made all the difference in the rocking coming out of parking lots.

I have been reading about upgraded front bump stops, now that you mention Timbrens on the front, I'll have to read up on them. I do wish I had a little more control in the front for those annoying bumps and dips in the road.

Apparently it only uses 3.5 amps DC. That is a buttload better than the 20 plus amps that that my domestic uses running through the 3000w inverter while I drive. It's hard to justify $2200 for an RV fridge, but I'm doing it.
