Absolutely amazing! NO ONE compares or even comes close to Freddie. The range of his voice is awesome. Hard to find words to describe how wonderful he was. Queen was and still is the best for me. He will be a legend forever.

@@queenremix1353 she's not saying she dislikes Freddie, she's saying that a lot of people overrate him, and that's true, there are singers who have more range than Freddie and a better technic, a good example is Brendon Urie. And what you said is a lie... some people have his range, my highest note on a good day is C6 and I'm just 20 and have been singing for a year, I know if I work harder I will be able to surpass him.

Just look at all the singers today, they have range don't get me wrong, but once they hit the stage, and when it's live, they sound like a goat 🐐 they don't sound pitchy and all over the place.

@@sssharefff singers can have a big vocal range, but use it horribly. Not putting any power of emotion into their voice. While other singers can have a smaller or lesser vocal range but use it much better by putting power and emotion into their voice. Freddie still had a 4 octave range, which is impressive by itself, but the power and emotion he put into his voice is also what makes him such an amazing singer. He has passion for singing and you can hear it in his songs, in studio and live.

WOW, never heard this, or Rock and Rio Blues before; simply great...one could imagine there is at least two vocalist here, but it's just Freddie nailing some very high notes, followed by what can only be called gutoral low notes! All accompanied by the awesome Brian May/John Deacon/Roger Taylor combination, with the latin rhythm almost sounds like Santana at times, or various other latin influenced bands! Another example of Queen's broad stroke on musics' canvas!

The best vocal improv that i know from Freddie is the one at Montreux in 1986, The boys had to do playback in that ocassion, so Freddie just used his voice in the vocal improv, and that was the cleanest Bb4 and C5's that i have hear from Freddie.
