    Quick question. Roughly how many Supply, Damaged & Destroyed Bridge, and Damaged RR counters would you say you're using? I'm trying to make sure I have enough before I give this a go.

      It is a house rule we play with, completely optional if you would like to try, it’s a lot, maybe 40 damaged rail, and 20 bridge

      So for damaged bridges, I currently have 17 on the map. So 15 to 20 markers of some kind to reflect damaged/destroyed bridges should be enough. (I am using HBGs red Destroyed bridge markers to be more easily differentiated from the orange damaged rail road markers I am using.)
      Right now on the map, I have 32 land zones with damaged rails. I have placed orange chips under the German control roundels to save room & chips. That identifies damaged rail behind enemy lines. I use HBG’s orange Damaged Rail markers in Soviet controlled land zones. So 20 of the rail markers work for me -supplamented by orange chips.
      Currently there are around a dozen supply depots on the map. Their number and locations change constantly. I am using cardboard chits on stacks of chips to designate the stack as supplies. But I’ve ordered 30 of HBGs 3D supplies sculpts- fuel barrels, ammo crates & ration boxes! I am painting them and plan to replace the cardboard markers. Flak88 uses the HBG supply markers on his. Keeping them generic works well, so they can be used in other games requiring supplies.
