Jimmy Fallon is honestly my favorite late night host. Sure he may not be great at interviewing at times and doesn't seem as secure in himself as other hosts, but he has a greatness about him that draws people in. From his ear for music and rhythm, to his impressions, to some of the most fun segments on late night (catchphrase, pictionary, wheel of musical impressions, emotional interview, etc.) he's made his mark.
Jimmy's impressions are fantastic! Don't understand all his haters, he seems like a genuinely happy, interested guy. He lets his guests talk about what they want to.
Because of his fake laughs and just overall boring and quite frankly, bad way of interviewing, compared guys like Conan and Letterman for example. Sure he seems like a very nice and kind guy (I'd even argue a little bit too nice for a talk show host), the overall show may have some funny perks to it like some of the games, and the fact that he gets all the A-list stars, but if you can't take that opportunity and make use of it for the better regarding the relationships between host, guest and audience, then it just doesn't turn out truly enjoyable. If the host is overall just always playing the safe card, and not daring regarding guests, like Jimmy is always doing, the soul is taken out of the show. Atleast this is how I feel, and I think that a few people would agree with me.

He's my favorite too. I don't like Jimmy Kimmel Live but it sounds like he is actually a nice person and he seems like an okay interviewer, he just gets too political and some of his segments are mean-spirited or cringy. A lot of people love Conan and Graham Norton, I think they're okay and wouldn't call them smug or angry.
@@sarahberkner I think most of the late hosts are nice people (Colbert, Myers, Fallon, Kimmel) but for me personally Fallon is the most entertaining. People are like “I only watch late night for the guests!” and I’m over here like “I watch late night for Jimmy” 😂

These picks were actually quite good. Well done, Watchmojo. My favorite Fallon things include "Late," his various musical impressions (especially Neil Young's "Pants on the Ground"), Wheel of Musical Impressions, and Hashtags. His interview skills may be so-so, but he does by far the best bits and sketches of any late night talk show host.

I was surfing the tv guide one night and I put it on, Jimmy Fallon. Not knowing what kind of show this would be I continued to watch, I have never laughed so much in all my life, he is hilarious. I have since gone to youtube and watched all the videos love this guy!!

"More Than Words" - Jimmy and Jack Black duet. What made it so hilarious was that it was so perfectly spot on (and of course, Jack Black's mugging for the camera). Jimmy never broke character.

I think Nicole Kidman true story is number 1! Besides Jimmy being the most talented talk host of all time when it comes to entertainment, the best thing about him is when something like Cowbell and Debbie Downer happens! This time is was based on a true story about himself and his reaction was priceless! What was going on in Nicole's mind and Jimmy's was so funny! He totally blew his chance and never knew it until that interview. The history of rap was incredible and amazing performance!! I rank it number 2. Tight pants #3, iconic sketch! Emma number 4, she nailed it!
