I am vietnamese and i am impressed so much by the rise of india in the world the last 30 years, indian soft power definitely impacts me because i watch a lot of indian drama, music , culture, and sometimes look at sarees in admiration. Indian culture and food is so amazing, i am absolutely in love with india!
Thai food vs Indian food. Which would u prefer?
Thai
@@prithviraj6529 Indian! But thai food is so good too, i just love indian curries.
Thanks 🙏 you for your kind words. You can search for authentic cultural contents as main stream movies nowdays don't reflect indian culture rather they are busy brainwashing us to western culture.
@@sew_gal7340 i find Thai culture a cousin of the Indian one, we have so much in common.

Lovely words thank you🙏🙏

Could you please share how you make shampoo at home?

My mother and I never apply any cosmetics ever. And, we are proud of it. We apply only multani mitti in summer and aloe vera in winter. That's it because we believe in "original is beautiful". ✨🌷🌻
*Edited
• Scrub the soft areas like lips, face, and arms area with besan, rice flour, multani mitti, and aloe vera.
• Body washing - apply a multani mitti all over the body and rub the body parts like lips, arms, neck, chest, and legs with it gently. Rubbing (घर्षण स्नान) is very important.
• Private body parts - use medicated soup in a minimal amount.
• Night face routine- steam the face for three to four minutes, and then rub an ice cube for about five minutes.
• moisture - apply coconut and almond oil.
• last but not least- eat homemade food, avoid junk food, eat raw vegetables, sprouts, and fruits, drink water, do simple exercise, and sit a little while under the sun for V-D.
*apologize for any mistakes 🙏
I too, stopped using cosmetics after knowing many scary truths about it in recent years..and became more cautious and healthy and been shifting to ayurvedic lifestyle gradually whichever way possible. By the way...i think you should reverse your usage like multhan matti in winter(as it prevents loss of heat from body) and alovera in summer(for coolness)
What do you instead of saops? I mean how do you cleanse your body then without any cosmetic products? I heard that soaps contain a lot of harmful chemicals . I wanna stop using it but couldn't find any healthy alternative
@@shrutisharmaaa Besan is best for body and face ...

I don’t use makeup. I’ve been called a freak. Guess who’s having the last laugh after seeing this. A healthy diet is heavily underrated in the world of skin care.
sama here :)
It is impossible to always have healthy diet for people you know?
So putting natural things on face like milk, multani mitti, rice flour and all will be good.
Absolutely spot on. But chemicals are present not just in makeup , but also Home cleaner products . They turn our homes environment highly polluted.
So, my wife has been plotting to kill me gradually without me knowing it by demanding a peck on the cheeks while wearing makeup before we go to work. I'm gonna sue her.

@@nachminarayansatvik381 really 😂. Doesn’t look like that.
I have the same thought … talking about makeup that’s harmful but she’s wearing Makeup as well …. So all things that we use now is not all natural so there will be side effects
Not only cosmetics, killer chemicals are there in soaps, shampoos, body wash, perfumes what not, but no one cares, everyone wants to look attractive, even Palki is wearing nail polish and makeup, it's her profession, she needs to look presentable. We want to avoid chemicals but not able to do so for various reasons. Same with plastic, we know its not good for us and environment but still we use it. That's sad..
Yes cannot avoid it. But use it to the bare minimum.
We DO need some stuff to stay clean tho..
Wow demeaning the works of scientists and professionals and blindly believing on the words of journalists is not astonishing anymore. People easily do fall prey to these kinds of misinformation and half information.
I feel so proud of myself that I don’t use any cosmetic products ,all thanks to my granny who taught me how to use plant and plant products as cosmetics & the most important to have healthy nutritious diet.
Pls do share it on!!
Oil cleanse your skin every week (set a day and keep 30 mins aside)
Always wash your face with milk (add a pinch of besan or Chickpea flour and gently rub in circular motion, wash with cold water. Apply a nature based perfume free face cream or a few drops of jojoba or coconut oil.
Washing face once a day is enough and most importantly, embrace aging. If you notice your skin losing it's elasticity or sheen, don't rush into looking for solutions. Embrace it, natural is healthy and healthy is happy. It's about mindset, more than anything else.
Same here. No make ups at all. The highest form of luxury during late 90s was lipsticks and makeup boxes with different coloured powders. Thanks to my father who has always said NO to those cosmetics while I was a kid, and assuring me that ' do your duty, that's your beauty '. And, thanks to my mother who never used them as well. I appear less appealing to many, because of no makeup, but, all I feel is my skin and health is not damaged due to the chemicals. And, it's always about self confidence. If one is confident enough, they can carry themselves like no other.

Thanks for educating the cosmetic users on the chemicals toxins etc used in the manufacture of Cosmetics leading to medical conditions. My wife and daughter have move moved away from these cosmetics and now using cosmetics manufactured with natural ingredients to avoid the Carcinogens etc. Thanks for your reporting on this . Keep up the good work at Vantage.
Alovera gel,Turmeric and coconut oil are the best natural cosmetics.
Way to go, Palki👍🏻

This is what happens when you are thorough at your work and passionate towards your career. Explosive growth of this channel just with one name PALKI SHARMA! Best wishes and I am sure you will soon take over the biggest channel in the world!
Not a cosmetic advocate and I love Palki, but parabens are not toxic in small doses and are very good preservatives. There is so much fear mongering in the skin care industry regarding 'toxic' chemicals to promote 'herbal' or 'organic' products that too contain ingredients that can cause serious skin issues and have weaker preservatives. Not all chemicals are toxic and it's not the poison, it is the dose. I am not quite satisfied with this news report. A reputed journalist like Palki shouldn't fall for such misinformation. Dr. Dray and Labmuffin have cleared many such myths and misinformation circulating about so labelled 'toxic' chemicals.
How do one know if Dr. Dray or Labmuffin r not funded by cosmetic lobbies?
@@98aishya Their public declaration of the commercials they do and they don't with a valid reason for the same plus scientific evidence to validate claims and 'expertise' in their fields- Dermatology and Cosmetic Chemistry. Even water is a chemical (h20) and if you consume loads of it, you'll end up in the E.R, it doesn't mean water is inherently bad. Same for most chemicals including parabens- again, it's not the poison, it's the dose!
@@reechashreedhungana2575 I mean I get that, for commercials u need public declaration according to new yt policies but even a scientific expert can be biased nd be favourable to cosmetic companies ,after all it's billion dollar business. Moreover still there hasn't been a single study which was able to prove that parabens r not carcinogenic. It is an endocrine disruptor which mimics estrogen in body , increases cell growth, decreases apoptosis both of which will lead to metaplasia/abnormal cell growth particularly breast tissue ,one of the reasons for induction of breast cancers. Higher concentrations r found in women especially high income households nd African Americans ( due to hair creams, relaxers and stylers) ,combine that with biomagnification. It is absolutely contraindicated in pregnant women nd children under 3 ,not even safer doses r recommended.EU nd Denmark has stricter regulations just like Palki said.
Completely agree with you. And even water is a 'chemical' if we talk in Chemistry terms. Yes, some cosmetic brands are often shady and have sketchy ingredients in them but everything that we use on a daily basis (other than cosmetics), has some form of 'chemical'. These are lab tested and if used in certain moderation, we are good to go.
PALKI, it's so nice to see you back on screen.
You leave a strong impact on every news you deliver.
Keep it up.
We don't need make up.
We need FOOD ON & INSIDE SKIN 🌿🌍
I noticed that women look much younger without makeup. (Y) :)
So the real question is what's more important for women? To look good with makeup, or look young without makeup?
To look young without make up.. beautify yourself naturally
Both.
Yes, you're right. Women do look much younger without makeup.
@@shyamalagowri9992 absolutely right.
Most important for women is
Approval of others, which they seldom get.
So they convince themselves (or should we say fool themselves) into believing that when i am all decked up, my imperfections are hidden and my skin gets approved. Which obviously is untrue.
Finally someone spoke about it..!!
Its great to see this topic & awareness needed to be spread more in the current youth. With so much social media hype & maketting tactics to sell these harmful and toxic products without letting the customers know there side-effects to our body & environment.
Glad to see you back in action madam. Nobody else comes close to the way you deliver the goings on in this increasingly uncertain and volatile world! Thank you very much.
Thank you for bringing the awareness. You could have brought up the issue of mining if mica in African countries which is believed to bring the glow to the facial skin
My heart bleeds when it happens to be mined by children for their hungry stomachs
Even this issue is equally important
It's not only the mica in African countries..In India, Chattisgarh has ongoing mica mining involving small children..they are devoid of good food, education, health.. instead subjected to poverty, respiratory and skin diseases..these children have accepted that this is their fate..it is so so so sad..my heart literally bleeds for these children..i've tried talking to some of my fellow colleagues to avoid such makeup..but it's all a personal choice..ppl are so much caught up in consumerism..they fail to realise that you can never be happy on the expense of someone else's life..🥺🥺🙏🏻🙏🏻

This channel will most probably reach 20 million subscribers by the end of the year, because of Palki. This is no joke. Her journalism is natural and smart!!!!
Well done for raising the too often underestimated problem of 'endocrine disruptors'. Here is their definition by the WHO (last updated in 2012): "An endocrine disruptor is a substance or mixture of substances that alters the functions of the endocrine system and thereby induces adverse health effects in an intact organism, its progeny, or (sub)populations." People should seek information to protect themselves from these substances ― which, indeed, can also cause various cancers.
You seem to know what you are saying.
How do we know, this " endocrine" is in the product. Is it written on the package? Does it have a formula? How does one recognise it.
🙏
Thanks for the truth, women beware. God gave you natural beauty
Thanks!
Love Palki Sharma and first post, the wide variety of topics with such great information on humanitarian grounds and in depth research. Too good, my huge respect and loyalty if such content of awareness are there.
When I was a teenager, I experimented with makeup for a little while. My real skin started to look horrible. I quit using makeup and focused on skincare. I have learned to read labels and use simple ingredients to maintain my skin. I'm glad I started skincare young instead of covering up.
Reading this news with face full of makeup is the biggest irony.
Great News, thanks for the awareness.

Thank you Madam Palki Sharma for this wonderful information!
I’m actually not surprised. I always wonder why some women look so terrible after taking their makeup off. They look like a different person. It’s all those poisons ruining their faces. I’ve always used tinted moisturizer, but now that I’m getting older I’m looking for something with more coverage, but this is making me think twice 😬 Thank you for the report 🙏🏼

When you say the most prominent cosmetic brands, you must reveal their names too. A month or so ago, there was this news on sanitary napkins from some of the most well-known brands having found to contain toxic chemicals with the possibility of causing severe health issues, including cancer. Now, this was again based on research done by some NGO. But unfortunately, none of the channels which flashed the news mentioned the names of those unscrupulous companies. By now we all know what harmful chemicals can do to human health with the flurry of information flowing all around us. Therefore, any news item that talks about such health hazards from products should categorically lay their fingers on the companies which manufacture those items and caution the people on what to use, what not to use., or whether to avoid them completely. Moreover, in this case we are discussing cosmetics which are completely avoidable. By the way, I see you wearing makeup too. So what about that? In case you are using toxin-free products, you must apprise your audience of the same.
WHAT a great comment! 👍👍👍👍
The study of sanitary pads that you are talking about first was not peer reviewed and contained calculation error which they later clarified. Still the chemicals found were within the safe limits of human use. So I don't think there is a need to worry on that. What the need is the need of stronger regulations in India and awareness among consumers.
The ways that mam explain all those things about cosmetic products are marvellous , fantastic.
I love applying kajal/eyeliner... I have tried making kajal with oil and diya method, but it spreads a lot... Does anyone have any natural alternative ?
