I got confused... after selecting second path you can't see which files , driver or folders gonna effected by format. Does it format just C ( where windows setups) or idk it finds it way automatically?

Last month a scammer made me to past a script on my command prompt and have stolen some of my money that were in wallet; it is a extension wallet named metamask if you famiar with crypto because it is where I store my crypto coins. Hey I'm Reformating right now, watching your video... I'm on my second Computer.... Here's the problem, when it goes to Restart after the Reset I get a Blue Screen with HMDI not connected and then it goes Black.... another words it's not Restarting.... Any Help???

I tried twice but every time it got hanged at 62% in preparing to reset mode. Can you please help me? Cursor on the screen gets freezed every time while working on laptop or even if it is left idle.
