I use it , my shoulder was killing me , I got a steroid injections it started filling better, but still was unable to pull back my bow! Saw a video of Zac using it and thought what can it hurt . Picked one up.
Started trying to pull it back a little at a time after a few shots, in the shoulder , started getting relief. Now I'm pulling it back and holding so much steadier, I might even be steadier then I've ever been .

I can't shoot my bow every day like I want to because I work daylight to dark and I live in a camper through the week. So I think I better have one!
