Rear end looks much better. I don't understand why Ford would round off all the edges on the front end (which I like) but keep the sharp edges around the fog lights. They should have just ran with the Chinese design...it looked much better. Hey, why design it once when you can design it twice for twice the price!
Somehow made it look worse than the Chinese version. How do you do worse than a LITERALLY pre-existing model? The bare minimum was to just sell the same damn car in a different market.
Yeah, 2020 is the best designed SUV ever in my opinion. Every angle, accent, curve was designed to perfection. On the 2024 rear end, the angle to the sides of the number plate looks like the shape of the 2011. The 2024 looks less aggressive on the back
I was thinking the same thing. This new refresh makes the vehicle look like a used 2010 era and it looks so soft. My 2022 ST explorer looks like the 2030 version compared to this screwup “refresh”. I hope they don’t do this same crap to the upcoming 2025 Expedition

Well the police one have the 2021 front end and the 2025 rear end I just saw one the other day(and to make it clear so no one get mad at me I saw the police interceptor badge on the back-

To bad it will be a rolling POS in 25000 miles. Lets count the ways transmission issues, cam phaser issues body, paint, interior ect ect just look up Ford Explore issues. Ford's quality has gone down hill really fast just waith till the workers get more money and they move production to Mexico!

The 2025 ST front grill looks better, so Ford should have gone with that grill across the line up though I still think this version is a nice upgrade.

I agree I prefer the front on my 23, but everything else on the 25 is nicer.

Ford has shown significant improvement in production since the initial roll out of the Explorer.
