Lol I get that all the time in my games. You’ll have a widow getting countered by a Sombra the entire game and when it’s over they say “tank diff”.
Spot on. I’m a hog main as well so people tell me I’m bad at hog but like he’s not an easy character to play well and I know for a fact they wouldn’t be able to hang if they played hog.

I think the frame drops are on overwatches side, i also have 240 hz monitor and i was having troubles keeping it at 240. upgraded and it still keeps dropping even with headroom on gpu and cpu

Making me feel weird about my 2070 super and 144fps at 2k. My eyes can’t even register much past that in changes though. Can people really tell much past 200?
Yes its noticeable. Its not like looking at 5 fps compared to 30 fps but its smoother and you feel the difference when whipping your camera around in fast paced games. You have to be highly competitive and senstive to changes to recognize it a little more. People spending hours a day staring at a screen would be the ones to notice it quicker.
When i hop on games if my game dips below 200fps I have to immediately check settings and adjust because it messes with my eyes and aim. Im normally playing games at 250 - 300fps.

Orisa stopped being a counter for hog when take a breather was made a rechargeable resource instead of a cooldown. Interrupting his breather was all orisa ever had on hog.

reqork zarya, give her bubble the hog and dva treatment and make her bubbles rechargable instead of a cooldown. if her team doesnt baby her then usually you just hard focus and force both bubbles and kill. im throwing ideas out there i dont really play her but making her bubbles have health threshold in a dmg based meta kinda busts
Zarya's current state is a symptom of changing from 2 tanks to 1 tank. Fix that and her value returns

So lately I've been playing hog on rank because it feels like I'm the only one that gets stuff done and usually I would start ram, dva or queen and die a lot. Swap to hog and good golly Miss Molly do things turn around if there's no Ana.
Need to be on this tier of Hog. But I’m not so I will be trolling my team every time because it’s funny.
Framedrops are coming from the CPU+memory combination.
But if you want to buy a new GPU - I'd say wait a bit until the rtx 5000 series comes up, they're almost done cooking it 😊
It is honestly so crazy how people will scream "diff diff diff" when their teammates are getting destroyed but refuse to do anything to help them. Especially the ones who get mad when you're being hard focused and counterswapped by nearly the entire other team, but go quiet when THEY underperform.

Most of the community of this game don’t make sense like they just play the blame game when it’s a team game just like how if you win it’s not just cause of one person is the same thing when you lose. It’s everybody’s fault you can’t just blame one role
4090 for anything bellow 4k is overkill. if you wanna do 540hz on the newer Asus gaming monitor then yes you would need 4090 but for a non 4k monitor and 240hz, 4080 super would be more than enough !! plus the jump from 2000 series to a 4080 super is huge. easily over 100% for most titles and close to 150% on more GPU bound titles.
That monitor is only 1080p so no, a 4090 is absolutely not needed. 1080p is all about the CPU.
That combo against reaper, shoot hook shoot, is actually hard to do consistently. Kinda how I tell whether a hog is experienced or not because I don’t think a normal player just picking up hog would know they needed to do that unless they played a lot of hog games against reapers.
