3 idiots is indeed a brilliant movie but it misdirects a lot of students too. No student has ever succeeded without studying and showing Aamir Khan as a topper who never studies motivates students to not work hard anymore. Same with Kabir Singh.

And when its time to live through the college experience/have a work life balance, then not so much.
