I think one aspect you forgot to mention is that for claw and fingertip grip, ambidextrous mice (CM 710, GPW, GMO, Viper, etc.) are the best due to the low profile that stresses less the joints of the hands as it is not so high, it is easier to press the sides of the mouse with the thumb and pinky on these mice too.

I always tried telling friends that my grip was the most accurate mouse grip possible and everyone always shrugged at it, but now I can send them this link. Thanks Rambo 😁😂
Also I'd just like to point something out, I've been using this grip since I switched to MnK a few years ago (I played claw on xbox - go figure) and I never thought anything of it other than it felt like the best blend of precise and "natural", but there's some cons to playing with this grip for prolonged periods of time on a consistent basis. You have a VERY high chance of developing some form of joint degeneration. At one point I felt like I couldn't even grip my mouse properly anymore (although it went away after a short few day break) stretch excessively now, use kinesio tape, hand warmers, compression gloves, etc. whatever you have to. This goes for every type of gripper - TAKE CARE OF YOUR ARMS/HANDS/FINGERS. Do not put it off and regret it like I did. It starts off as a mild stiffness and you don't think anything of it until one day your grip strength is cut in half and you aren't as accurate anymore.

The important question is: how is my aim compared to then? With the vm and my pure fingertip the highs of my aim were higher but my consistency was also very low, with the xlite I'm much more consistent and although my aim doesn't really reach the same highs, it's slowly but surely getting there. If you wanna aim like scream and hold a small ambi like I did you have to try and see if you can keep it up without being uncomfortable and fatigued like I was. I personally decided that the risks of my health and the results in my aim were not really worth it, and now I can even say that since then my overall aim is better since I can maintain my good performance more.

Not to be that guy but claw grip is where you put the end of your hand (wrist side) on the back of the mouse but not your whole hand like palm grip

  • @drunkfrombud1436

So this is more of a claw and fingertip hybrid correct? Traditional claw grip has the 2 fingers raised but palm touches mouse, fingertip is no palm contact with mouse, but 2 fingers are not raised.

Yes they are, but seems like scream is holding his hand like a Claw but mostly using his fingertips. So i guess a hybrid?
