- It's not about NOT falling off the horse, it's about getting back on the horse as quickly as possible.
This is a skill in itself that we hardly practice, because I believe society hammers home the message of how not to fall off the horse, which I think is completely unrealistic.
In this video I share 3 key lessons I've learnt that has helped me to get back on the horse faster, as opposed to what I used to do when I fell off the horse, which is wait 3 years before I jumped back on 😂

New & On the journey ~ I love this analogy. It's ok to fall off the horse, it's getting back on that needs practice. Plus remember to go slow when you reengage so that you don't overwhelm yourself again.

Yo Vinh. Try Turkic / Mongolian types of bows and arrows. I'm sure you'll feel amazing shooting them because it's shot with much more intuitivity and feeling. Also the drawing is much more different because of the thumb grip which really makes you feel in control of the arrow.

Hey Vinh, I'm very confused about my voice because mostly I have learned from videos in youtube that if you want to be confident you should have a deep voice I tried and trained hard and gained that voice and I love it but now I feel like I am faking it, there is no "Me" anymore in this body.
