AAVHAAN || Ep # 06 || Old Marathi Serial

Aavhan is an old Marathi TV Serial which was adapted itself from a, famous Marathi novel. Identified by viewers as a progressive serial, dealing with the issue of dowry and dowry deaths, a part of the campaign for women's emancipation.
The plot revolves around a powerful mother and a weak son under her influence. The father is a good man, untainted by the mother's evil. The mother- son duo harasses daughter -in -law for dowry. The first daughter in law is dead when the story opens; the second daughter in law, is made of sterner stuff. Together with the father and the newly formed Sobti Sanghatana (an organisation for women's equality ),she teaches the mother and the son a lesson. In the end, the mother is destroyed and the son runs away.

मालीका नाही तर त्यावेळी सर्वच मालिका सुदर दर्जेदार नट आणी अभिनय तो आपल्या संस्कृतीला जपुन शिवाय आपल्याला जगण्यातली मुल्य सांगणारी

जय महाराष्ट्र जय श्रीराम जय हिंदुत्व 1980च्या दशकात ने सर्वोत्कृष्ट मालिका म्हणजे आव्हान लहानपणीच्या आठवणी जागृत झाल्या काय दिवस होते ते जबरदस्त आणि आज कालच्या हाय फाय सिरीयल बघून डोकं फिरतं कारण त्या सीरिअल्स न काही अर्थच नाही लग्नाला चे कपडे घालायचे ते कपडे सिरीयल मधल्या कलाकार बायका घरात घालतात मनाला पटत नाही त्यापेक्षा आमच्या जुन्या काळातल्या सिरियल्स फार चांगल्या होत्या कलाकार सुद्धा चांगले होते सुखात दिवस ढकलत होते पण ह्या जमानाच वेगळा आहे चायनीज पिझ्झा बर्गर खाणाऱ्यांचा जमाना आणि थर्ड क्लास मराठी सिरीयल बंद करून टाकावासा वाटतो टेलिव्हिजन
