I love how cool you were about Peniel forgetting the lyrics because it’s such an old song and he is actually covering that part for another member that left the group. Honestly though if you get to know Peniel, when he messed up I was like “Classic Peniel! That’s our Peniel!” 😂😂😂

Finally :) To me BTOB is with EXO in the category of Vocal Kings. BTOB really serves with the vocals. I probably rewatched this killing voice like a hundred times minimum.
These 2 groups are often cited in the groups with the best singers (vocally and technically). They have very different styles so it's a matter of taste.
@@Secotine88 Sure, when it comes to the style of music they are very different ( I like both) but I grouped them due to their vocals and technicalities. Also if I am not mistaken D.O and Hyunsik were classmates or at least went to the same school for musical education. Thats what I read somewhere.
All I know is that the vocals of both groups are just insane and I could listen to them all day even if they sang the abc song hehe

BTOB was the reason I came to love and appreciate ballads!! "It's Okay" has been my favorite kpop song since it dropped in 2015, I teared up a bit when they started in the killing voice😭 Still feel the impact to this day just like the first time~

I'll never stop watching people reacting to btob's killing voice while jamming out and enjoying their performance! Btob give off such chill, laid-back vibes but also they're ready to blow your socks off because that's their duality.
I loooved, loooved how you hyped Peniel's rap parts (the buff guy with the grey sweater you were talking about at the beginning) and thank you cause I feel very few reactors paid him justice.
As for your facial expressions, all I can say is: same here! Us melody ( our fandom name) are always amazed by their talent and how good they are even though they proved time and time again how freaking dope (to quote the song "Higher" which is in the kv lmao) they are.
Do yourself a favor and dive into their music, you will never ever be disappointed with them: not only do they have vocal range for days but also have various styles/genres throughout their discography. Never a dull day with them!

The vocalists can rap, and the rappers can sing. They were 7 (7 vocals and 7 rappers).
They are seniors now. Known for their specialty in ballad songs and melodic rap. These people doesnt know how to lipsing (they did it once and fail miserably), so they always sing live in every performance and yes they made mistakes and we love those, genuineness.
They are know to be crackheads love to joke around and cant sit still.
Many groups can sing, but BTOB not only sing, they can harmonize like no other. They have been doing this for more than 10 years, they sing and harmonize like next to breathing. If one of them suddenly randomly sings, the rest just follow and harmonize 😂
I can't believe they did such a short part of (I'll Be Your Man), It's my favorite BTOB song and it's an old song btw but still my favorite one, you guys should check it out I'm sure you gonna like it💆🏻♀️🩵

21:33 perfect example of how incredible live vocals makes you just as (if not more) excited when watching a performance, as cool dance moves would do! You don't have to dance to make the audience engaged and excited! Anyway, I'm glad I found BTOB!! They are insane live! (They also have lots of choreos but it's not their main focus, live vocals are, which I personally prefer). Their songs are so good, sometimes I can't believe they produce them themselves and on top of that they are so damn funny! BTOB are one of the most famous groups in Korea and have slowly gained more and more fans internationally over the years, I'm glad you found them.
They are well known for their harmonies and live vocals, as I've mentioned and for being super goofy and funny. They are also known in other parts of the entertainment industry, like Yook Sungjae, (2nd guy from left) an actor and played in Goblin etc. Lee Minhyuk (1st guy from left) is a numerous record holder in athleticism among celebrities (would've been an athlete if he didn't choose music) also a producer with lots of song under his belt. Seo Eunkwang (3rd guy, leader) the funniest dude ever and goes viral for it, is a musical actor and MC, Lee Changsub (2nd from right) is also a well known musical actor. Im Hyunsik (4th from left) producer of BTOB's hit songs. Peniel (far right) idol -podcast host on the well known Get Real is from Chicago, although he seems shy he's friends with half the industry it seems.
Brother act is definitely one of their most loved albums, Missing You that was performed in the beginning is one of the longest streaming song on Koreas biggest streaming platform, Melon (only 2-3 of BTS's songs are higher). Most of these songs they performed on Killing Voice are own produced. Looking forward for more reactions of BTOB! I would love to see MV reactions of the songs you liked, and hopefully you consider to watch a live performance back to back after the MV, that way you can easily compare and take in their immense talents they have (just a suggestion). omg finally. i am so in luv with btob. they're truely amazing talented group
So, I had heard of BtoB since I started listening to Kpop in 2017, and I knew that they were well known in the industry especially for their killer harmonies, but I never had really listened to their music until 2021 when they appeared on the battle of the bands show Kingdom: Legendary War with Ateez and Stray Kids (plus 3 other bands). I watched the show for Stray Kids and Ateez, but unexpectedly fell in love with BtoB while I was there. They were the most hilariously funny awesome people on the show, who were so kind and supportive to all the younger idol groups on the show, who also (obviously) had such amazing vocal talents. By the time Kingdom was over I was a full fledged Melody. (BTOB’s fan club name is Melody).
P.S. the rapper on the end that you said is a big guy, is an American. Peniel grew up in Chicago. And sometimes doesn’t have any hair because of a medical condition. The smaller rapper on the other side is Minhyuk, and he’s the one that is super jacked.

it was a treat watching you all guys reacting to BTOB! Most Melody have already given you the song list and some general info about them so heres some additional - and absolutely useless! - stuff:
They're the oldest group still in Cube and between their two main songwriters and composers, they rarely have to get songs from outside the group. They have a literal braincell vacuum if there's more than one of them in the same place and are very loud. Keep one hand on the volume controls if you value your hearing and they're not singing.
from left to right:
Lee Minhyuk - 2nd eldest, the mom of the group and he owns it, the main stripper, "I rap because I like it, not because I can't sing," and is usually the one harmonizing if someone in the vocal line isn't already doing it. He's said multiple times - on tv - that he walks around his house naked.
Yook Sungjae - spoiled maknae, absolute weirdo which infuriating because he's so good looking. Old man at heart - his hobbies are fishing and golf. Makes numerous *math puns* (which is, as everyone knows, the first sine of insanity). Is an actual cat.
Seo Eunkwang - eldest, leader, you hear him before you see him, variety show darling and host, has a RBF so he's usually smiling, does all those super high adlibs. Has a catboy agenda on main.
Lim Hyunsik - often gets mistaken for the leader and lol *dear god no* bc the group wouldn't have survived even a year. Main songwriter & composer, is doing his master's degree in practical music, and is the son of a famous folk singer. Vocal range for *days* and i think at current holds the group record for longest continuous belt (33 seconds).
Lee Changsub - yes the tats are real and most Melodies lose their minds when we get to see them, famous for his voice cracks, and is puzzled by his celebrity status.
Peniel Shin - CHI TOWN BOI (seriously hes born and raised in Chicago burbs so English is his native language), is just vibes and not much bothers him, hands down the raunchiest lyrics of the group - I'm still not recovered from the "how many licks does it take to make your tootsie pop" and that was on Kingdom 2 years ago ... and that's before we get to the raunchfest that is Guitar - and gets away with it because most of the time it's in English.

BTOB (bee-to-bee) stands for BORN TO BEAT and is an 11 yr old self composing and producing group and known as the ballad/harmony/vocal kings of kpop. Initially had 7 members (4 vocalists and 3 rappers) but all 7 can sing, rap & play instruments. True to their motto which is "We don't sell albums, we sell emotions"..BTOB sings in a certain way that really hits you emotionally whether ballad or upbeat. Their songs have deep meanings and healing messages that anyone can relate to. Even though they are known for their beautiful ballads and amazing live stages, their upbeat songs are so cool, too. Their music goes from pop to dance, rock, jazz, funk, ballad, R&B, they have a very diverse discography and that BTOB is a genre in itself. Their songs and raps are written by the members so they feel more personal and they are a group known to put raps and choreo into their ballads and still they sound so good. Unfortunately, their main rapper was involved in an issue that made him leave the group in 2020 so they are only 6 now. The buzzcut rapper forgot some of his lines in the 2nd Confession song coz it was an old song (2013) and he's doing the rap part of the member who left the group. I gez he wasn't that familiar with it since it wasn't even his rap part..and as you said, we also appreciate that the mistake wasn't edited out. Seeing that mistake makes them more real and human. And BTOB is a very genuine and down to earth group..never slaves to that perfect idol image coz they never cared if they looked funny or weird. They are loud, crazy and chaotic and they love making their fans (fandom is called Melody coz every Beat needs a Melody to make a song) laugh with their comical ways but whenever they sing, they are dead serious with hitting those high notes. They are true artists who have a passion for making good music and performing their best for their audience. I'm so glad you have discovered them via dingo..they are not that popular globally but are BIG in SK and Asia. I'm glad you loved the songs they have performed in this video..and I can't say that these are their best coz there's so much more. With 3 full albums, 12 mini albums, special albums, solos, OST's, digital releases, Japan albums, etc..they really have A LOT of songs but all I can say is that all their songs are so good. You'll really love them all..plus they have great personalities..more reason to love them.
They have released their 12th mini album 5 mos ago, same day this Killing Voice was released. Kindly check out their title track, WIND AND WISH..so good. This was their 2nd to the last song in Killing Voice. Been waiting for you guys to react to BTOB, I'm a Seventeen fan I love rewatching their killing voice and even I think this is the best vocal group performance in dingo that I have seen and I wish more people would listen to it. I would go back to this performance at least once a week and look for new reactions of it on a regular basis, in shorth I love them, thank you for your reaction, as usual I'll keep coming back for more.

I wholeheartedly agree with BROTHER ACT (2017) being a complete MASTERPIECE. It is probably in my TOP3 best albums I've ever heard (and I've listened to a loooooooot of albums from different genres). The thing is BTOB didn't choose any sort of list for songs to perform in Killing Voice. All their songs are so good so regardless of what song they choose to sing, it would still be heavenly. Thank you for reacting to BTOB guys! Looking forward for more❤
