Joshua is running around with nearly as much lean muscle mass as a golden era bodybuilder (70s - they were all doped to the gills) whilst training as a professional boxer. His fat free mass index is close to 27. A study done on bodybuilders found that there's pretty much a hard cap of 25 for natural bodybuilders (using professional bodybuilders from the pre-steroid era as a sample size, and even then many of those guys were possibly dabbling in the very early anabolics).

This boy has the right mix of attributes for the job - firstly in a mental sense, the docile robotic-ness of him allows him to not mangle his mind with the nonsense that will throw him off.
