Very very excited for Hideo Kojimas Overdose. I think teaming up with jordan peele to completely immerse us into the game is going to make it unmatched to any horror titles this year

i was 6 years old when dragons dogma came out and it was the first ever game i got on gamefly. i’ve consistently played it for the last 10 years and i literally cried for hours when the reveal happened

I have no games in 2024 that I am that excited for. I am waiting for Clockwork Revolution. InXile doesn't miss and they have a great and very logical approach to game design.

@@theASMRnerd If time is a limiting factor, skip straight to wasteland 3. 2 is a very good game. 3 is a 10/10 masterpiece. Played 55 hours in 5 days and finished it; perfect length for that type of game.

Since you like the Diablo series I would highly recommend Last Epoch, it fully releases next month and has been fantastic to play prior so I expect just more awesomeness from them

Can't think of too many atm, but the Tomb Raider 1-3 remasters look like they might be decent, and they're out in a month so I'm looking forward to them

Personally I'm most excited for Granblue Fantasy Relink, and thankfully I don't have to wait much longer...
Fallout: London dlc/wrapper for FO4 looks amazing and I hope they make it to release this yr! I think they've said mid-late Apr. Sun Wu Kong (that naughty monkey) also is exciting - I hope they do what tales they include, justice. Other than that, if double fine announces psychonauts 3, that would satisfy, even if it doesn't release for a yr or 2.

I'm excited for Fable! But I don't think it's been given a 2024 release date, has it? So it wasn't eligible for this list.
my most hyped game was sucide squad definitely, turned out to be a cash grab lol (at least going from the trailers). such a shame what warner brothers forced rocksteady to do, one of the best game studios massacred for the purpose of making a life service game. they had to make the story so bad and confusing (it got leaked and confirmed true) so that it somehow doesnt end and fits into a life service genre to make more money and now nobody is gonna buy it
Certified first! 🥇 And I'm sorry they massacred your most anticipated game like that 😔 The trend of cramming liveservice hooks into games where they have no business being needs to stop. The massive success of games like BG3 and ToTK last year really goes to show that traditional buy-once-and-get-a-complete-experience games that aren't laden with microtransactions and liveservice BS can still do really well, but I guess not well ENOUGH for shareholders 🙄
