ethernet connection is not working ubuntu

Commands:
First just try:
1.sudo systemctl restart NetworkManager
If it not work by just above command, follow the video:
1.sudo touch /etc/NetworkManager/conf.d/10-globally-managed-devices.conf
2.sudo systemctl restart NetworkManager
