    Can you explain how to adjust the legs? My legs are too tall. I can't touch the bottom of the tub and it's also really wobbly and scary to take a bath.

    It's very informative. I am a new grad OT here...Any idea on how to add the height up further for the bathtub transfer bench in the situation a person has a deep sunken bath?

    How do you keep the bathroom from flooding? You can’t close the shower curtain with the bench

    • @EquipMeOT

      The best trick I know for that is to cut 2 slits in a cheap plastic curtain the width of the bench and slide it into the open space in the seat. I discuss it with visual detail in my other video about tub bench installation. If you look in my EquipMeOT channel you should see the other video. Hope this helps!

    I am confused with the chair I received that is the same as this one, but the legs don't have the 2 parts separate, they come in one, I am trying to figure it out how to separate it because when I put the whole leg, it does not snap going through the hole for safety.

    I needed to see this video 2 years ago. I think it's too late now. I think I broke my shower chair. The legs with the suction cups I lowered the height. Well 2 months later I wanted to raise the height I couldn't adjust the legs with the suction cups. So, the only way to raise the legs with suction cups was to unscrew the suction cups and replace the feet with a standard rubber bottom for the chair legs to match the legs that remain outside the tub. I have no clue how to do this please advice. I bought this tub used online. No instruction booklet, no brand name for replacement parts.

    Can you adjust the length.

    • @EquipMeOT
      @EquipMeOT  Před rokem

      If you mean the length of the legs, yes (within the manufactures limits), if you mean the seat length, no, it comes set without adjustments. There are some models that provide a slightly longer bench length but they are all similar size.

    I'm having trouble fixing the first part of the legs

    • @EquipMeOT

      If it’s a used model, they often get stuck and need a little extra work to assemble. The new ones shouldn’t give you too much trouble but I’ve had some that just don’t seem to fit properly. 😕
