( the USA, Minnesota has many farms) pressure cookers are very dangerous, Lifting the lid too soon causes the steam to burn you, and Don't overfill: Pressure cookers should not be more than two-thirds full to prevent food from blocking vents in the lid. For foods that froth or swell, like pasta, rice, or beans, only fill the cooker halfway. Anyways, very much skill is needed. Every one be safe please.❤
