I have reduce my weight & fat. but now it like i am not able to lose belly fat which became very lose. I do weight training 6 days a week ( 2 body part a day). What should i do to get flat stomach and to reduce my body fat % from 23 to 12 to 15%. Can i continue to weigh training with High Protine & Low carb diet for the same. Or should i gain muscle mass first & then cut down ? Please suggest something.

About one year ago.,, while workout during arms day of week, my forearm ligaments failed due to heavy lifting, and this problem become bigger and know when i do heavy lifting.... My arm go through pain... Please help me beer biceps
Can somebody help me? I started a low carb diet 2 days ago and my diet so far has been a 2 banana 10 medium sized strawberry shake which I then workout after then lunch has been 3 eggs with about a cup of spinach and dinner is either salmon or chicken with spinach. I do strength training Monday through Friday and play basketball on Saturday and Sunday. I've been losing some weight but I want to make sure I'm not doing this low carb diet wrong. I would love for some help on if I'm doing things wrong or whether I should keep things up. Any things appreciated Thanks!

1) rope crunches,2) leg raises ,3)woodchopper,4)hanging side raises 5)planks try these for 8 weeks with proper nutrition ,be in a calorie deficit,minimise ur carbs to an extent,and for any further help u can ask.

I also stopped having sugar and oily foods, increased my protein uptake.. however the effects were not that visible.. so thats y m confused as to wat m i suppose to do about this lower belly fat ! Its like a herculean task!
