    1dte for low IV and getting out at the end of the day
    That’s more power than longer dates, less risk & reward, but you can imitate the half-time-management. Walking out with up to 45%

      It’s just seems like it more work directional wise to get profit VS 0DTE with the same delta
      ITM 0DTE has more Delta than ITM 1 DTE imo the only benefit of 1 DTE is the lower risk
      I always look at how better my profits would have been with 0DTE vs my 1DTE positions

    0DTE eliminates overnight risk of 1DTE, so I'm doing the former.

    Guys, how about comparing double calendar spreads with 0DTE and 1DTE? Guessing it could yield some good results.

    When they say Butterfly are they referring to the Iron Butterfly?

    1DTE double ratio spread sounds like a better idea😂

    You trade 0DTE because volatility is cheap? Why?
    Isn't it better when VOL is high?

    • @jackstone2176
      @jackstone2176 Před rokem

      No, because when volatility is high traders start to hedge their positions, which means you're paying more for options.

      Depends on your strategy. If you are doing an iron butterfly or iron condor you don't want volatility. If you just buying 0DTE's then Volatility is your friend.

      When vol is high, the range is wider and the wings can be wider for the same risk reward.
      With these strategies on a 0dte it's about how much you can spread the wings for a decent risk reward.

    Please rehearse before going live. The info seems important, but the delivery is really lacking.

    I hate 1dte, you expose yourself to so much volatility you can't defend.
