Landon is helping more and more, his confidence in front of camera has come a long way. Great job Landon.
For what it’s worth..
I concur…👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Ditto
Now if he would just get rid of that stupid flat bill hat.
On top of being a heck of a CZcams and a Fabricator, Paul appears to be Killing it as a dad as well. 🤘
Maybe Landon could start a new channel? Fab Rats University. He can chat what he learned and show funny outtakes.
The part clipped in with lahey falling off the porch after Pauls comment about the ford carrier bearing was absolutely priceless. Top notch editing and timing to that, i laughed hysterically.
My son and I did as well! This is one of Ford's "better ideas" that aren't regretable.
"hysterically."? Are you OK?
I never expected to see Lahey in a fab rats video lol
I never would have expected to see a Trailer Park Boys clip on this channel. RIP John Dunsworth

Proud of Lan he's learning a lot
I love seeing Landon in the shop working with his dad and the rest of the crew. He is still shy but he will be fine. It is just wonderful to see family working together. What one doesn’t think of the other does. Awesome people. I like seeing grandma and Michelle
pop in with their cuteness too. Love their videos. ❤️🙏🙏👍👍🌟🌟🏆🏆❤️
Landon's shyness will go away as his confidence and competence grows.......and he realizes he can do this stuff just like the rest of the crew!.......And the learning never ends.........just ask Paul and Merlin!!
Sean has turned out to be a bonafide FabRat for sure! An asset to the operation, lots of great ideas too. Awesome 👏
Nice to see Landon around the shop helping out. He seems to be learning a bunch and offering a needed helping hand.
😊
I have to call out Lando, his skills have grown so much this year and so has his confidence! He has 3 great mentors to look up to, 10 years down the road he will be a master fabricator and mechanic! Go, little brother, Amen.
Yea Ben should of let him take apart that case😊
@@edshoprag5738I agree
That boys and girls is a genuine authentic clutch pedal squeak of grandpa`s era work trucks. I love it.
I wish I worked in the shop with y'all. Even if it was just grunt work. The amount of humor and knowledge thrown around in that building is the best.
That clip with the Ford statement had me cracking up 😂😂😂
We LOVE seeing the kids bending wrenches and learning. Both of our sons grew up with more time under the vehicle than riding in it. Four+ decades later, we are all still bending wrenches and having fun.
Note to editor: When Ben is kicking up the jack at 26:16 , thats the perfect time to overlay a few bars of "Cotton Eyed Joe" 😂😂😂.
Make Diesel $1.99 again ! Great T shirt ! Nice progress . Thanks for sharing .
Paul has cat-like reflexes with the speed of a mongoose!!
what show is that from? I remember that.
Now, that Ford comment and insert was downright funny!! Gave me a good laugh!!
I figure that's one of the best parts of building stuff yourselves, being able to pick the best parts from each manufacturer.
Love seeing the young guys getting in there and learning so much from the older guys, great job .Smiles 😃from 🇨🇦
Good morning!
The Glendale Correctional Facility sign was perfect. Your correcting all of Chevy, Dodge,Toyota, Suzuki, and Fords mistakes. And creating a much better vehicle.
I about fell out of my chair with the Ford being right about something part lol
Hey , even the blind squirrel scores once in a while... Not all bad.
It's all the same sh!t just with a different name.
I remember Merlin's warning about setting the engine back far enough to allow for the fan, radiator, intercooler
Ya mean Merlin the wise !! His knowledge is just incredible and his work ethic even greater. !
Ya'll need to make Ben a box to stand on so he can reach the cab.
This comment approved by Legolas. LOL
Make a BenBox with some tools in. Strong inuff to climb on. Maybe twostep😂
Sean looks like a young man all cleaned up
Kinda reminds me of Ron DeSantis😂😂
👁👁Good morning everybody and thumbs UP to Fab Rats! 👍
squeak!!!🐿

Best channel on CZcams hands down 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤❤❤
1:15 "Ford came up with a better idea" LOL🤣
I enjoy the "B" roll at the end.
Thanks for sharing.
Lol you know I give you a hard time about your wife's Jeep but she's a wonderful woman she's always bringing you something to eat and she does so much for you
As a machine shop owner on a small scale and over 40 years doing this type of work on race cars , motor cycles and every thing you can imagine I really like the fortitude and skill of you and your team. Amazing work that showcases a great deal of knowledge with a great family atmosphere. Stay safe.
Gotta love when crap gets done, but chuckles were the constant throughout! Thanx !
38:11 Hunter laughing at his boss, he just could not help it...
The video editing is awesome.
The truck looks awesome.
Great Work
When you're building an Old School Diesel Rat Rod - Desert Off Road 4 X 4 Rollback with plenty of aged to perfection patina, recommended use of the Eyecrometer is a must. Function / Fit = a cool stout ride with plenty of torque and appeal. This old Chevy with chrome stacks is going to look and sound so very sweet. I haven't been this exited about a build in a long time. KEEP THE CONTENT COMING!!!!!!!!!!!
The Mr.Lahey appearance was hilarious at the Ford comment. Well done Michelle.
Chad is such a genuinely good person, and good people deserve good things to happen to them.
Your rollback is going to give Merlin a run for the coolest looking truck
All I can say is Merlin needs to put more rust or patena on his . Lol
@@davestevens4263 lol
@@davestevens4263 Merlin’s truck will be the winner for the most powerful, until Paul gets a feel upgrades lol
@@taylormade710 Never underestimate Merlin...He is already 3 steps ahead...If not he will let the air out of Paul's tires!
OK Paul, you need to build a platform for Ben to use under vehicles...lol
Boxes we have a few wood apple boxes haha
You must be a proud dad. Watching Landon grow and learn as a FabRatIcator is a thing of beauty.
LOL The timing of that grille falling off. perfect! 🤣
Very entertaining video!!.....Love this rollback build!!......Tires and wheels look great!!.....Awesome seeing Ben and Landon working on the transfer case together!!.......Also great seeing Paul and Hunter working together on the lathe!!.......Especially liked the "Paul Approval"!!........One can see Landon's confidence and competence growing in leaps and bounds........Keep going Landon! You are doing great!!......A++
Suggestion: Landon, once school starts up again and even though your time is limited, I would try to get in the shop as much as possible after school and help your dad! Really cement these skills down so they are second nature!!
YAY!!!
Good morning speedy , you're too quick today!
Morning
@@gregsullivan8956 morn'in gentlemen!!!!
Paul's "lightning fast" grab when the grill took a flyer at the end just cracked me up. He reminded me of one of our cats from many years ago. He would slip and do a "427 degree flying flop" and then jump back up and look around like "You know I meant to do that !!" 🤣😂
One of the first Journeyman I worked with as an apprentice once told me, " It's not rocket surgery, you're close enough."
Funny thing about those piroulene hazelnut tubes. Owner of company I used to work for wheeled out a pallet of them as our Xmas bonuses one year, they were 2 years out of date... He got all pissed off when nobody would take them, kicked a bunch around the shop. Eventually the entire pallet got dumped into trash. 😅
For a moment I was thinking of some steel tubing or something then remembered Paul saying he wasn’t a fan of chocolate. A pallet of those thing would take some eating…
@@malcolmyoung7866 😅😂🤣😂😅
Hey Paul, install that small turbo cooler vertically.. It doesn't care what way it cools the air
I was thinking the same thing but plumbing it in might take some head scratching.
I was also wondering if anyone has ever made a curved or V shaped inter cooler that could fit the space a little better.
Truly is a family affair! Sometimes frustrating at times, but mostly you make hard work look like a lot of fun! It's cool to see how the kids are maturing in their roles, learning the right way from their elders. Til next time, take care, and we'll see you on the next...
Landon is sure getting handier. You guys must be proud
Loving this. Great seeing Landon doing more. Your boys are learning so much. I am really liking this build.
I have an idea... if you mount that winch higher in the rafters it can lift the stairs but also hoist things to the upper level. You could even turn the railing into a gate on that end to swing heavy things over to a four wheel dolly. Just a thought, thanks for sharing guys. Love the channel.
“Oh yeah, we’ve got lots to do”. Great motivational statement.
I love the longer videos
This machine will be unstoppable!
Landon is learning stuff!!
Sometimes there's more error than trial.😊 Ben and Landon are good working partners seeing there the same height.
I loved Ben's comment about Rudy and the transmission lift. That was priceless.
@FabRats if you end up having clearance issues with the front tires get some front fenders from a 1.5 ton truck, they have larger wheel openings.
Can't wait to see this finished !!!!
That fender measuring was what my dad calls a SWAG - Scientific Wild A$$ Guess 😆😆
Bloopers are hilarious 😂👍🏻
I’ve been watching this channel now for a couple weeks, I must say I’ve enjoyed every episode…Even to where I’m binge watching any chance I get….it’s great to see a family n group of friends come together and put their knowledge to work in every build…Not to mention teaching the young lads along the way,,
You've got some catching up to do, but it'll be time well spent. I've been watching since nearly the beginning...I think I've seen every episode, and several of the more than once.
Gday guys?
The cab, grill, and fenders..
One sexy looking truck
I'm a big fan of the show loving the new rollback
It was absolutely wonderful to get a video from Paul and his wife and their crew that was much longer than normal!! thank you so much! Thank you so very very much!! You betcha I will be putting this one on CZcams and on, GETTR & TRUTH-SOCIAL!!
What a great video lot's of work getting done on the '49 Chevy and lots of progress got done 👍 the Fab Rats team all came together and done a great job 👍 love the new wheels and the peek in the new shop. I know Michelle will be happy to move in!
We miss you Ben, but love seeing you in these classics.
Love how it’s a family operation
Cool !
love your moniker!
@JanelleVocate-Ames Thanks Ma'am !
You guys have such a great crew , you all work well together, great to see Landon working more with you he a humble kid. And Paul is like the James Dean of the fab world ha ha . Keep up the good work!
Thats an awesome fab rats crew
GOOD JOB EVERYONE!
Good to see yeah kid thinking on his feet. Well done lad have a channel of own in 20 years I'm sure lol.
Awesome stuff . It will look just as cool as Merlin's trucks . I love that look . Perhaps Robbie should speak to Fabb Rats about building his wrecker which is going no where very fast the last nine months or so .
Fab Rats say "We don't have problems we have solutions" Nice work fellows.
Landon is gaining confedance under Ben's and Paul's tutoring! Bravo! 2 Great people to learn from!
Rollback is looking awesome! I am sure we will hear it rumbling on the next video!
They make a intercooler that mounts over the top of the engine. Looks like there would be room under the hood then you'd have another 5 inches of room in the front.
Or rotate it 90° looks like it would fit better possibly
Sickest build yet the wheels and tires fit the theme perfectly
One thing we say alot when building things in the garage is " You ain't gonna see it from my house "
I like the rounded lift arms. Not going to hurt as much when you hit your head on them. 🤪😂
My head would still find them.. although it would maybe be more friendly after an ‘interaction’!!
Ford came out with a better idea - lahey falls out the door haha
Impressed with Landon!!
That is going to be One Cool Old Truck. Great Comradery in the shop makes a delightful work environment. Good to see Lando and Hunter doing their Thing and mixing with the older generation. Hands on Experience is the Best Way. They will appreciate this Free Education one day.
Why not try an electric fan "between" the rad coils (pulls air through outer rad and pushes air into the inner rad
Since Sean cut off his facial hair, i keep thinking he's a new guy!
That transfer case drop…..yep, Lando’s a man. Oh and I know he always carries a knife..maybe two.🎸
Flad to see these ladies know how to keep the boys happy and working by keeping them fed.
Just came to roast Hunter for walking away with the chuck key in 😢
Can you do some videos on the new shop build?
Love the Lahey reference!!
The amount of support and encouragement from the commenters for Landon is HUGE!!......Ben and Landon work well together!!.....Maybe when you get more experience, you can ask for more complicated projects, like you did with the transfer case and working with Ben!!.......Maybe take pics with your cell phone during the tear downs for future reference since this is all new to you......Relying on one's memory only works if one is doing the same thing over and over and over again.......Otherwise it is easy to forget......Food for thought
So glad fab rats and dr Chad are seeing the light and looking Ford’s way.
Absolutely
It's an " adjustment" for certain parts, not a change. Let's be real, the superior vehicle is the Toyota.
A single output shaft isn't exactly an accomplishment 😂
Just in this one case
(transfer case that is…)
Want to fix a dodge, got to use ford parts. Lol..
Grear to see the Rollback comin together! Its great to see nothin but family workin together and enjoying everything together! Lando is doin great and seems to be learning a ton, cant wait to see the man he becomes down the road in a few years! Thank you for longer videos, lovin it! God bless, stay safe and have fun
Fan from Australia i would to thank Paul for doing the Cameraman"s job buy pudding a LIGHT on some we can see .
Brilliant video.
❤💚❤Just one word for your all videos❤💚❤
💚💚💚Awesome💚💚💚
YAY!!!!!!!! YOU'RE FIRST!!!!!!
Speaking of videos, you make some entertaining ones too
Love the armpit spark funnel Ben had when tacking the pedal assembly in
The 49 Chevy is one of my favorite trucks. This thing is awesome!
Is there any way that you could step the grill out away from the front of the truck? Kind of box it out to give you more room for the radiator, without having to modify the grill itself.
