I find it amusing that the cover image showing on CZcams for this video is the Feather River in Oroville. I grew up in Oroville, went to Chico State, and lived in Chico for the better part of 82-92. Loved Chico then, but have the feeling it's grown to big for me now.

Bidwell Park is beautiful if you don’t mind the drug paraphernalia all over & the tents of the homeless . Down town you’re OK if u walk with a hiking stick or sturdy looking cane. Otherwise in joy your visit🥰

Chico would be a wonderful place if the university had never came here, that started the downfall into the crap hole it is becoming...There are many nice places to see and things to do but too many homeless making it not a nice place to be...
