Very saddening incident. I hope Nepal Aviation makes strict rules toward these Flights and weather reporting. From the sources, it seems the main factor for the crash was likely the lousy weather and the bad visibility. The captain was very experienced despite that, the difficult terrain and the bad weather made this crash. Good documentary, thanks for presenting the whole incident with quality editing.
