I invited four of my rural Thai neighbors for spaghetti dinner ( with ground chicken for the meat sauce which took 5 cans of imported spaghetti sauce and I added extra garlic .) They said they liked spaghetti but I could tell they didn’t like mine since the plates were not empty & no one asked for seconds ; for, they’re use to more of a sweet ketchup sauce 🤢 And my toss mixed salad lacked the spicy chili flavor. It’s the last time I’ll ever cook for them again 555 A bucket of KFC chicken would have been more popular ( and less work). I was wondering if the students liked their cheesecake treat or was it too unfamiliar for their Isaan tastebuds? I like this particular video. Your viewers could see another hidden talent of yours. ❤

Love this ..... nothing gives you a better feeling in life. I worked in the chernobyl region and went on 15 trips there to help renovate schools and orphanages build playrooms and many many upgrade projects . The sheer happiness , gratitude and thanks was the most humbling and fullfilling part, just as in your vlog all the kids while coming from a small village are smiling , happy and polite and really show how much we have and also how much we have lost by being in "richer" more "successful" nations

Yes well done great job, kids are being taught respect in school, unlike Australian schools, I have a 4 yo son at school in country Thailand (Tha Luang). Might whip up some Coconut coated Milo Balls for them all.

Ben, awesome video - and for some of the kids this will probably be the first chance to try some real western food and not the commercial stuff available from the likes of pizza company etc. Love how this gets you involved in the community - if I was living in an area like that I would try and do something like this every few months. I hope you do a few more of these types of vids / events for the community. Keep up the good work. D

We do a kids cooking day for Abbie’s school. No just 30-40 kids, we are a super tiny community, but we do it once a month. So much fun!
