기본버터쿠키에 초코쿠키를 더해 맛도 있지용
날이 따뜻해지니 쿠키만들기도 쉽지않네융

맛은 두말하면 입아픕니다용 ㅋㅋㅋ

- 반죽(paste)
무염버터(Unsalted butter) 120g
설탕(Sugar) 90g
달걀(Egg) 30g
박력분(Flour) 200g
소금(Salt) 2g
아몬드가루(Almond Powder) 30g
- 코코아 반죽(Cocoa paste)
무염버터(Unsalted butter) 100g
설탕(Sugar) 70g
달걀(Egg) 30g
박력분(Flour) 280g
소금(Salt) 2g
아몬드가루(Almond Powder) 20g
1. 실온의 무염버터를 가볍게 풀어줍니다.
2. 설탕을 2~3번 나눠 넣어주면서 휘핑해주세요
3. 버터가 연한 노랑이 되면 풀어준 달걀을 넣어줍니다.(달걀도 실온에 미리 꺼내두어 버터와 온도를 비슷하게 해줘야 분리되지 않아요)
4. 박력분,아몬드가루, 소금을 함께 체쳐 넣어주세요
5. 섞을때는 주걱으로 자르듯 섞어줍니다
6. 코코아 반죽도 마찬가지 방법으로 만들어주세요
7. 덩어리가 된 반죽을 스크래퍼로 펴주면서 반죽을 균일하게 만들어줘요
8. 완성된 반죽은 잠시 냉장고에 30분정도 휴지시켜주세요
9. 반죽을 살짝 밀어주고 기본반죽에 코코아 반죽을 넣어 고양이 무늬를 만들어주세요
10. 원하는 두께의 각봉을 대고 반죽을 밀어주세요.
11. 반죽을 원하는 모양대로 재단하고 조각칼로 모양을 만들어주세요
12. 오븐에 180도 예열 / 170도에서 9~10분 (크기나 오븐기종에 따라 달라요)
8. 초코렛을 녹여 눈,코,입을 그려주세요
1. Lightly beat room temperature unsalted butter.
2. Add sugar 2~3 times and whip.
3. When the butter turns light yellow, add the beaten eggs.

4. Sift together the cake flour, almond powder, and salt.

8. Let the finished dough rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
9. Press the dough slightly and add cocoa dough to the basic dough to make a cat pattern.
10. Place a square stick of the desired thickness and roll out the dough.
11. Cut the dough into the desired shape and shape it with a carving knife.
12. Preheat oven to 180 degrees / 9 to 10 minutes at 170 degrees (depending on size and oven model)
