    The Orbitkey Key Organiser has held up well through over a year of testing, even after putting it back together to switch out keys several times. It has come loose on a couple of occasions, but it’s easy enough to use a flat-head screwdriver (or a coin, on the go) to tighten it up. All in all, a pretty solid organizer.
    Two weeks in, it was clear the Orbitkey Clip just wasn’t sturdy enough for our standards. Despite a compact design and good intentions, the Orbitkey Clip didn’t hold up to testing. A normal carabiner will be more robust and reliable.
    We’d definitely recommend picking up the Orbitkey Multi-Tool if you’ll be using the Orbitkey Key Organiser. These two products integrate nicely, and the multi-tool’s smooth functionality inside of a small package makes it a solid choice for any traveler. The hex wrench is slightly difficult to use and the flat-head screwdriver could be larger, but these aren’t deal-breakers by any means.
    The Orbitkey Travel Kit is a well-designed and convenient option for anyone who needs to use local data while traveling. Its simple design makes it easy to use despite some minor nitpicks and, most importantly, your SIM cards will stay close and secure until it’s time to swap them out again.

    How do you organize and carry your keys?

      I actually have that Orbit Limited Multicam. Great experience. Only loosened once, however not completely. I loop my Swiss Army Minichamp to it and it stays put in my pocket. In fact it slides to the side of the orbit an almost tucks in partly keeping the two snug together in my pocket. Most of all; no more keys jabbing my legs. Love it. Though, I have noticed with the orbit that keys are more likely to slide out of my pocket. It happened once to me while lying down.

    This is a good and fair review. I have been using my leather Orbitkey 2.0 for close to 2 years now. It’s really good. Didn’t go for any of the rest of the ecosystem because it’s really expensive and I don’t think it’s really worth it.
    If I have to move on from this, would probably get the Bellroy Key Cover Plus.

    Great detailed review! I'm looking at switching from the Keysmart as I don't like the metal against my new phone. I saw your quick review on the Jibbon key organiser too. Which do you think is better?

    • @PackHacker
      @PackHacker  Před 4 lety +1

      Hey Hugh! If you're looking for a key organizer that's not metal, the Jibbon Key packhacker.com/travel-gear/jibbon/key-organizer/ is a solid option and although we haven't tested it for a long period of time, we're really digging the smart aesthetic that doesn't show the screws. Another option is the Orbitkey Key Organiser packhacker.com/travel-gear/orbitkey/key-organiser/ which is also available in the active and nylon versions but these still have the metal screws. Hope this helps! 😊👍

    I've used a couple of keysheaths, Keysmart makes an excellent option just avoid there Pro line which sadly is plastic, currently however I'm using a Bellroy Key Cover. The slim factor of the Bellroy keeps down the bulk though if a more rugged system is what you need the Keysmart Rugged is amazing plus they have it in Titanium. Normally I carry a SwissTech key tool and a MyKee.

    • @PackHacker
      @PackHacker  Před 4 lety

      Glad you're digging the review, courtz_dee75! From our experience, when it comes to carrying a multi-tool, if they have any sharp edges you're advised to check them in. If your multi-tool doesn't prohibit the special instructions, you can carry a multi-tool in your carry-on, but we have found that the final decision always lands with the TSA agent, so your mileage may vary. Hope this helps! 😊

    Would this work with those barcode key tags because I have 2, a gym membership one and a store one, and then my house key and car keys, so idk what key organizer would be good for me?

    • @PackHacker
      @PackHacker  Před 4 lety

      Hey Bryan - we just tested this out and depending on the size of the tag, it does fit. However, it is wider than the key organizer, so it does stick out either side, but this does keep it tidier than your average keyring. Hope this helps! 😊
