1 English cucumber thinly sliced
2 bunches radishes trimmed and thinly sliced
1 bunch chives or green onion chopped
3/4 cup sour cream *
3/4 tsp sea salt or add to taste

sounds and looks really good... in the middle east we make a similar salad but with yogurt and flavored with a garlic clove and mint fresh or dried.
This is the salad of my childhood and its refreshing smell always reminds me of spring.

Salad of my childhood in Ukraine! You can use only cucumbers (add fresh dill), only radishes, only tomatoes, or mix cucumbers with radishes or with tomatoes (can use yellow onions instead of green onions).
I now it. In Polen we make it with "pahta iz mołoka" :) and hard-boilled eggs

I had to look this up because im having cucumber salad right now for lunch with my cat only she doesnt like cucumber salad .the one I have has red onions and a vinigar style dresssing but i want yours next because I prefer that kind of sauce ( which means b4 friday ) ..... wait a minit that looks like your old kitchen haaaaaaa !
