Michael Hutchence was the quintessential frontman for a rock band: he had the looks, the voice, and the attitude. This superstar helped propel INXS to the top of the charts.
I fortunately spent most of my 20's in the 80's. INXS were so much a part of that decade, and they were Great. Unfortunately Michael is no longer with us. What a big talent he was. One of my favorite singers of all time. Depression always needs to be taken very serious. What a huge loss to the world he was. You're sorely missed Michael. R.I.P.
INXS is one of my favorite Aussie Rock 🎸 Bands. Michael was a Charming handsome and a gorgeous bloke. He connected with his fans. My favorites were Suicide blonde, Never Tear Us Apart, Disappear n Not Enough Time. Why do talented music 🎵 artists have to die tragic deaths God I don't understand this? RIP Michael 😭. Exactly he left us too early too soon. His fan from India.
Tragic loss of a gifted artist.loved his voice, sad his daughter did not get a chance to know and love her parents.R.I.P.michael,you left your footprints on this earth.we have not forgotten you
Beautiful, charismatic, hypnotic, gifted, super talented and kind the best front man. These are what I remember about MH. It always surprises me how fickle the public can be. I will say I have always remained loyal to INXS, for me they were the most iconic band of the 20th century with an incredibly sad ending. RIP MH. 💙
Oh Michael...crying again....that beautiful voice & face...poor tormented soul...gone too soon...I just pray you have found your peace thanks for your music....🙏🌹♥️
He had a unique voice and style. Kick was a killer album. That's all you heard on the radio. Those four songs. I was heartbroken when he passed. I hope their daughter is well.
They were one of biggest acts on Earth-- only U2 were competition. They were not underrated. You don't hear much from Nirvana these days for similar reasons.
"Wanting so much more,” perfectly said. There are days when I still find it so hard to accept that he is really gone. Love you Hutch, always in our hearts❣️💖💕❤️
Micheal Hutchence. I miss you. You're so damn fine , and the talent you owned. You had manners and you were so gorgeous. And also well spoken. Inxs was a major part of my life. Love you Michael. R.I.P. 🌹🌷🌹🌷🌹🌷🌹🌷

MAN HOW I ADORED THIS MAN! TALENTED ALL THE WAY. SO SEXY AND I LOVED HIS VOICE. SO SAD OF HIS PASSING. I MISS EVERYTHING ABOUT INXS. THEY WERE A BRILLIANT BAND! RIP MICHAEL AND GOD BLESS TIGER LILLY!
I believe it. It was all over Portugal on that time and until today they put" i need you tonight" to play at 4 am and it is the best moment for all. RIP talented Michael ❤
If you look back, he was taking high doses of Prozac, drinking alcohol and consuming cocaine. All these things will alter the brain chemistry. He also had a traumatic brain injury (frontal lobe) and dealing with major stress in his personal life (I.e. Paula’s custody battle, & his baby being in London, the place he hated living in because the press were hounding him relentlessly. RIP MH. 🙏🏼😇🙏🏼
INXS epitomized the 80s, but they would've continued to entertain us, I have no doubt of that. I saw a rock-doc on Hutchins and his family still feels his absence to this day. He was very close with his dad. Again, Alpha 11, you've done a magnificent job chronicling Michael and INXS...Bravo! !
Damn, one of my all time heroes. It's so sad such a great songwriter and a genius in his own right had to pass so soon. RIP hutch, you'll always be a hero of mine.
I've been an INXS fan since I was about 14. I am so blessed and thankful to have been able to see them twice on their KICK tour, in 1988. Michael, another one gone far too young...
Thanks for voicing the other theories in his death. It's only fair and necessary. Appreciated for sure. And regardless, we shouldn't be obsessing over his death, but, celebrating the music he left behind.
Awesome concert to attend Live Baby Live summer XS at Wembley 1991. Tragic loss to Rock Music, so glad I got to see them perform there. Best I ever witnessed
His voice was so unique, no one has ever come close to it's novelty. I was sad to hear that he didn't think much of it... I can't imagine anyone else singing "Bitter Tears", my favorite song from them, and doing it any justice. Miss you, Michael!
I remember how exciting + great it was with INXS + Michael! He definitely had everything needed to go on to grow + find “his own unique sound”....so much lay ahead for him! Both Paula, Michael, + little “Tiger” should have had many many years of love + happiness together. But I have had instances where it takes everything I have just to go thru the +++ anxiety in waiting for pills to kick in. Im a huge fan of Michael Hutchence and INXS. They had just the most unique 80's sound. I studied abroad in Australia in college and got the honor to visit his grave stone(well his memorial you would say I guess)
Like Michael I have a head injury that left me without a sense of smell. This can lead to severe depression. Wish you could have fought it off Michael. RIP
Luved Michael Hutchence so much . Loved his unique music style. He was like the Australian "Jim Morrison ". Very sexy. He was one of my kind. So sad. All the good ones are gone 2 soon. R.i.p. Michael.

What a loss. I grew up with inxs. I was on a train in Rome in 1985 & a group of Italian guys said where are u from, I replied Australia, suddenly the first words were oh inxs I said do you like them they said of course the best band & music. That’s how big they were. If only Paula Yates could have come the outcome would be hopefully Michael still being alive today. You can’t stop love. You are greatly missed.
I think they could have been happy in Australia, where he was truly 'at home'. He also should have no hung around London, even though his child was there, tough situation for sure,
I think there were SO much more to Michael Hutchence than met the eye, he was a talented lyricist, a dynamic performer with dazzling charisma, sensual attraction and gorgeous looks, but also introspective, vulnerable and emotional minded.....he was gorgeous, that´s true, but under a lot of pressure from all of us...what really happened in that hotel room we´ll never know, but to know he died alone,no one to hold his hand, no one to tell him that he would be incredibly missed by all of us, still hurts. I still miss him and INXS and I always will, just as we all do.........
He tried, he made a bunch of calls, but no one seem to get his urgent distress. For me, MH was lacking a good support system, a confidant or someone in time of distress. Hey even a doctor, so sad.
@@janebraun4482 it really was, if you look at their latest concerts it is clearly shown how incredible hurt, painful in fact he was. Why nobody saw his cry for help in his eyes I will never understand. He told his jokes, he laughed, but it never reached his eyes....
We know exactly what happened in the hotel room - Suicide. No possibility for murder as he was wedged behind the door. Impossible for it to be autoerotic games because that requires a soft ligature or self-releasing mechanism, unlike Michael who hung from up high - not the doorknob - using a tightly buckled belt. Even famed Coroner Dr. Shepherd reviewed the case and said there was no way he expected to regain consciousness and that it was definitely suicide (Dailymail has his interview).
Originally Paula agreed with the coroner and said she worried he wa sgoing to kill himself according to friends (Lovegroves' book). She only changed her story to avoid a slander suit from Bob for saying Bob drove Michael to suicide and saying that Michael "snapped after 3 years of torment" and "Bob killed my baby" - meaning sucide - not actually killed.
Nice short documentary about Michael. His loss was such a tragedy; he died too young. I agree with what other's say; Michael would have never left his daughter. She was his everything. Paula sent him into a downward spiral. Bob Geldolf was insanely jealous of Michael. I will never understand why he got custody of Michael's daughter, Tiger Lily.
Edward Smith And don't forget Geldoffs daughters drugs overdose. Just as she was getting into exploring occult information. She was on to him and his Jesuit bredren.
What I never understood was why he’s daughter with paula was raised by the men he hated and not by he’s family in Australia like Michael would’ve wanted!!!🤔
I remember when INXS first came out. I was one of the few people who listened to them. I had a shirt that had INXS across the front of it. Whenever I wore it, people would come up to me and ask what does INX- S mean. Like ink in a pen!! Man, I loved this band, still do. R. I. P. Michael. ❤
Aahh, yes...sigh...he was TOO sexy, TOO gorgeous, too talented...I still lust after him... beautiful man... and that magnificent HAIR. Perfect package.
Jim Morrison reincarnated. Had the privilege of seeing them at many pubs in Sydney throughout their career. Truly the best live act you would ever see.
drugs, dark energies, a head injury... the pressure of having a child w someone who had her own emotional problems, not good combinations... and one has to really have their emotional states together to make it through those things unscathed.
TRUTH...HE WAS MURDERED.Hung from door knob, look up how many others who stood up to Child Trafficking were killed this way.Hopefully, this all comes to light.Anyone with "Sir" in there name, has that for a reason, and not necessarily a good one.Peaches was also taken out for speaking against child abuse, but also called a drug over dose.Frontman of Linkin Park, also murdered,Chris Cornell, was NO damn suicide, listen to the song"Hungry" .I can go on and on,but this was NOT SUICIDE. Time to wake up people, this is the year of Truth.ThanQ.
