Thank you, Doctor for this video! I am 3mos post-op T.T. and still quite swollen in my lower abdomen and lower back. I thought my surgeon may have instructed me to come out of my compression garment too soon (6wks) post-op. I received 9 lymphatic massages total but lower abdomen still very distended. In your opinion...should I resume using a compression garment, to help w reduce the swelling?

It is always best to talk to your surgeon about these things. I normally tell patients that things don’t start to settle until 3 months, so it is still relatively early days. I would have thought it would be fine to go back in to your compression garment if you are still swollen, although it is reasonable to advise you to come out of it at 6weeks. JJ

After my tummy tuck my legs and foot hips got swollen very much, I don't know why

Hi there, I answered this in my live Q&A tonight, czcams.com/users/live4swPPgyt5Bo It may be due to the heat we have at the moment and you should try to keep moving and elevate your legs. ideally so that your ankle is above the level of your hip, when you are sitting. JJ
