    I have been watching your videos for a month now. This is the first time I have heard you say anything about needing computer skills. This is the best video I have seen from you. So much good information right here.

    VAS graduate here. I will echo everything that was said here about training and checklists on the video. Besides the great training, VAS provides you contacts and IA firms in your specific area and the overall adjuster community. Having Guy Grand and VAS vouch for you gets your foot in the door with IA firms and gives you a chance to prove yourself.

    I feel bad for the older generation that they didnt learn computers cuz they didnt have them i get it, but the things he is bringing up are things i learned how to do in middle school amd highschool classes which is why we can go do the classes and get a job

    I feel like I'm going in 15 different directions trying to gain knowledge needed to be a file reviewer. Your videos are certainly helpful in this journey - I simply need to figure out how to narrow the info-stream. Got the xactimate training, getting certification, getting TX license and insurance, etc - I'm excited, but I also feel like I'm allowing myself the time needed to digest the massive amount of data there is on this before we head into the next "season" in March-ish.

    Absolutely loved my time at VAS. Totally worth the price tag in every aspect.

    My certification in IT and water mitigation, coupled with my prior knowledge of xactimate definitely has me feeling more confident going into this field.

      Excellent! Adjusters can seek out this kind of knowledge via iicrc.org/livestreaming/ as well as haageducation.com

    I don't know why I'm dragging my feet on this. I install internet with fixed wireless radios. I'm already doing three quarters of this job already. Making contact with customer. Listen to their concerns. Educating the customer on the product and process. Up on roofs all day long. Know how to follow up..

    Other than the State Farm Carrier Certification how many other Carrier certifications are there? Does every insurance company require a carrier certification???????????
    Thx in advance!

    • @AdjusterTV
      @AdjusterTV  Před 2 lety +3

      No, not every carrier does. SF is the biggest insurance company and therefore the likeliest place for new adjusters to start handling full claims.
      Other carrier certifications I know of are Allstate and American Family. But the best way to find out the who, what, when of carrier certs is to call all the IA firms who's rosters you are on and ask. They will tell you exactly what to do to help them fulfill their carrier-client needs.
