The comment about Asantehene not crossing the Pra river was just an endorsement of the territory of Asante as having the Prah river to the East, central and western parts of the colony, as not iart of Asante which it did not hace to go beyond. In short It was meant for Asante to recognise its kingdom as bordering on the Prah river and did not need to see other states beyond Prah as not under its vassalage. It could be taken as metaphoric expression meant for the ratifcation of Asante kingdom not beyond the river Prah as was in the treaty Asante signed with the British to keep Asante kingdom to only the fringes of the Prah river and not beyond. So Asante was not set its eyes on states beyond the Prah as part of its kingdom .

The interviewer is distorting what the guy said, he never said Ntim never went to the war, he said it clearly that Ntim was relaxing at Feyiasi playing oware at the time his camp was raided by the people of Dwabeng

Unfortunately, the interviewer was sorely biased here. Unless he was cautioned not to ask certain questions. There are many instances he could have asked very objective questions.
For example, after Nana rebutted how the dwetɛ kuduo was repossessed by the Asantes through the Dɛɛboɔso Hene, a good follow up question would’ve been what the significance of the dwetɛ kuduo is? (Because, anytime an Asantehene or the Sikadwa are making a state appearance, one particular man carries it on his head ahead so it could’ve have just been a nice-to-have for Asante)
Moreover, there should be a common ground. It would really be nice to have both parties meeting up and dialoguing. Would be great for national coalition!

What a liar's about the crossing of the river prah by the ashantis King. The reason why the ashanti king doesn't cross the river prah is that osei tutu the king of the ashantis at time were killed trying to cross the river to go and fight the akyem Bosome people and bring them back to the ashantis near kokofu .the akyem Bosome doesn't want to part of the ashantis kingdom like Abuakwa tribe . Abuakwa people left the area then the akyem Bosome followed . The ashantis lost the war to the akyem Bosome people crossing the river prah, that's where osei tutu were killed , that's why because of the pain and anguish ashantis declared that no ashantis King should cross the river. Some Ghanaians are just too envious and opportunistic. So far 4 different tribes have claimed Okomfo Anokye to be their son. Some have even claimed that the Sika dwa Kofi doesn't exist. These nonsense is not new. When I was little these envious nobodies claimed the Asantehene Otumfou Opoku Ware had sold the Sika dwa Kofi to the British. Some even claimed the British stole it when the fought the Asantes. Instead of coming together with us to form a great union these soggy brained nobodies spend all their energies trying to pull Asanteman down to their level.
